Got scammed
We bought Colosseum tickets months prior to our trip. They send a message to go to a meeting point. We go to the meeting point and it’s a locked garage door. We tried to contact the guide, no answer. We call customer support and they can’t reach the guide either. Thankfully, customer support said they will refund it, but it’s still disappointing.

Easy to book the activities
I did book a few activities in Mexico, USA different states. It’s easy to book. I like that it allows you to cancel and wait to pay later.
Only good when things right
Company is great when your goes well but when things go wrong, they make you do soooooo much to get a refund. Biggest waste of my time and has completely ruined my trip.

Keeps Canceling My Bookings
Two times while traveling I’ve been informed my booking was cancelled because payment was declined although it’s been days before payment was due. Be forewarned they will do this and not even reach out to give you the opportunity to pay before canceling your booking.
