Great Guide Help!
Such an easy to use app with timely responses to any questions. Refunds granted as necessary and contact with tour groups is seamless. Was a GREAT way to book any activities!!

I do not recommend this app to anyone! I recently booked a holiday to Vancouver and used this app to book activities, somehow dates got mixed up ( still not sure how) they couldn’t even rebook my activities ( I didn’t want a refund) I lost a substantial amount of money , up to now I’ve never received even an acknowledgment from their office, very useless!! DO NOT USE THIS APP!

I strongly advise against booking with this company. I paid almost €200 for two Versailles tickets that should have cost less than €60 in total.
When I arrived at Versailles, I could not find the tour guide and nobody answered my WhatsApp messages. Their website clearly said that I could download my ticket, so I did — but at the entrance, the staff told me that the ticket was not valid for entry.
I eventually found a tour guide from a later tour, who told me there was nothing he could do because the actual tickets were supposedly with the guide from my original tour — a guide I had never been able to contact.
So I paid almost €200 and could not use the tickets. What is even worse is that the company provided no proper customer support and refused to refund my money.
This was an extremely frustrating experience. Do not waste your money with this company.

Dishonest dealing
Previous booked tour thru Viatour was cancelled at the last minute after charging my credit card so had to rebook and the price is now half as much. What the heck??
World Travels made easy
I’ve used Viator tours in Paris, Florence, Cannes and Bali. Every tour/activity has been fantastic. From our tour of the Eiffel Tower to early entry to see David, the app is easy to use and I’ve been very happy. I’ve recommended the app to everyone I know traveling.
