I subscribed to the $2.99 plan, which I cancelled as soon as I saw that the price had increased to $14.99. Despite cancelling my subscription, I have continued to be charged.

When I noticed the first charge, I was surprised, so I checked my account and confirmed that I had definitely cancelled the subscription. I then sent an email but never received a response. To my great surprise, I was charged again today.

This is absolutely unacceptable. I feel like I’ve been robbed. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
