Cancel subscription

I’ve been trying to cancel this subscription for a few weeks now customer service informed me to go through PayPal which is how I paid the subscription but when I tried nothing is in English the site is Chinese and it’s hard to navigate how to cancel. I don’t recommend vibe novel to read any books.
