I subscribed to the $2.99 plan, which I cancelled as soon as I saw that the price had increased to $14.99. Despite cancelling my subscription, I have continued to be charged.
When I noticed the first charge, I was surprised, so I checked my account and confirmed that I had definitely cancelled the subscription. I then sent an email but never received a response. To my great surprise, I was charged again today.
This is absolutely unacceptable. I feel like I’ve been robbed. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

DONT SPEN YOUR TIME AND MONEY
I paid for a 7-day VIP week just to find out that the book ended in chapter 380. It clearly wasn’t even finished, it states that the book has 402 chapters!! It didn’t have and ending, nothing it abruptly ended after chapter 380, not even leaving a cliff hanger nothing! So I went o cancel my 7-day subscription just to have them charge me 14.99 for another 7-days!!! I’m trying to contact someone in the app but I’m not getting any responses!! Don’t waste your time, the books that say Complete, aren’t really completed!!!

Just doing this for coins. Coins are really hard to earn and the subscriptions are expensive.

Amazing app only downside is having to pay for coins but other than that if you like steamy books this is the app you would want!
