Starts recording too late
Can't see what motion triggered the recordings because it's over by the time it starts recording.
Poor security
This used to be a good app but recently it runs ads at the start of the app. The ads look like click bait and malicious.
Iffy connection
When it works it’s great but it takes many attempts to connect to the live view and accessing the sd card footage. Needs sorting quick.

Even with AI there are so many misidentified birds! I get birds identified that don’t even exist in this State! You would think that to be a consideration when identifying!
Amazing quality
This on security antenna are amazing Small compact easily install clear Vision in an amazing price an amazing price you can’t go wrong with them. I have them in both of my properties.
App never opens
Despite full WiFi connection, the app never opens. I have to constantly remove and re add the app to my phone. Horrible. Don’t rely on this for home security.

Used to be good
It’s almost impossible to check your camera with all the ads. After you navigate through all the pop ups, whatever set off the camera is already gone.
Why this app requires open ads?
I understand why other apps need ads. But this is for security cameras! And I already paid for them. When there is an alarm, I need WAIT for the ads to see my alarm?! Better move it somewhere else.
Useless without a subscription
This interface is great if you want to pay a monthly fee for virtually every service, I get it they want you to subscribe to the cloud service, but it doesn’t even allow you to delete videos from your local drive even with the paid subscription.
Also the AI feature for my bird camera is a joke with at least a 50% failure rate on correct identification. I wish camera companies would offer a stand alone app and not use these subscription models for their interfaces

Use to be decent until they started up with the ads. I’d go with other options if you’re looking for no monthly subscription.

Too Many Software Ugrade Sales Messages and NOW Ads!!!
It's a shame because otherwise this is a really good, affordable security camera software product that works well and are user-friendly, but this company's upsell sales messages have become way too aggressive and now when you check your smartphone to view security camera status your app even gets passively highjacked with low grade ads. I would've rather paid $5 or so more per camera upfront for the premium detection software.

doesnt work
The cameras are the worst thing in the app ever every time I use the Bluetooth camera it keeps disconnecting and dies really really fast. I regret buying it and I just think I might buy a new camera off a different company.
SPAM
I recently added another camera and now all I get is spam when I open up the app. Tries to get me to click on an add because it says my phone is infected. Nice try. I guess I’ll have to fond another camera that doesn’t use the app.
Sells misleading “ad” space on their app
VicoHome sells “advertising” space on their app that is malicious (“you have viruses on your phone, click here to fix”, “your pdf is too old, click here to update” 😡
