Annoying adds with loud audio
This was a good app for a camera I paid for, then adds made it too annoying to use.

The app now has ads!

App says login expired. So I have to find my password and sign back in. Done. Then it asks for the emailed verification code. No email received. I request to send again. Nothing. Locked out because “too many requests” So what now? I can no longer access the cameras. I was already displeased by the ad push for cloud storage. Will never purchase VicoHome products again. Terrible company.

Went from having a great time to being asked for $80 a year to watch birds from a camera. I only paid $60 for.
Y’all ought to be ashamed of yourself. A couple dollars a month maybe eight dollars a month get out of here. I’ll sit in the window and watch with a pair of binoculars. I already paid for For and Google search what I’m looking at. I almost bought a couple more of these cameras and I’m really glad that I didn’t.

Love mine!!!…… designed my own wire cover for the feeder port as the squirrels were free-feeding!😂…the cover works great!… spaces wide enough for my wee bird visitors, but narrow enough to slow down the squirrels( they can still feed, but a LOT LESS than before)👍. I also love that it covers an area that my backyard ring does not cover!👏🏻👏🏻

Don’t buy - ads before security now
I can’t believe they force you to watch an ad now before you can see your camera feed.
They don’t always connect reliably, even with a strong WiFi connection. It will says “network not available” but the signal is super strong and nothing else on my WiFi is have issues….but I kept them because you didn’t need a subscription and I’d already invested in 6 of them.
But within the last week, if you get a notification of motion and click to see who/what it is, you’re forced to watch an ad first.
Nope. Sorry. That’s just unsafe. Show me who’s in my yard or at my door immediately!
I’ll be replacing them asap.

Ads are dangerous
You want to show ads? Cool don’t put them up when I’m trying to see who’s at my door. Show them on the videos or pic already there in the history. What if I had an intruder and oops have to watch an ad first.

防犯カメラで検知され録画された画像を確認でアプリ開いたら広告動画表示されて音声が出るので人前で開くとビックリする。広告音声オフにしても毎回オンになり音声出るので恥ずかしい。
Would not recommend app or cameras
Cameras keep dropping out, app is flooded with pop up ads, even though pop up ads are not listed or mentioned in app description.

Great inexpensive camera
You can’t beat this camera for the price. It’s chargeable. Takes great quality video of our front porch area… I didn’t think I’d get the quality on the convenience at such a low price. Well done.

This app used to work just fine for what it was for - monitoring your cameras.
How app used to work-
App alerts that there is motion in an area you are monitoring (in this case for safety), ie back door, etc. You open app and watch the video
How app works now-
App alerts that there is motion in an area you are monitoring…. You open app and NOW YOU ARE FORCED TO WATCH ADDS before eventually being allowed to click a tiny arrow to see the area being monitored by camera.

Very unhappy
I bought 3 of these cameras to check on my dog when Im away from home. They are fine for what I paid, I wasnt expecting top notch and believe me they are not! But the issue is that recently I am being forced to look at ads before I can view my camera, Im on the verge of throwing them out.

Why the ads?
I bought your Bird Feeder camera for my wife but she always has to wait for ads to be able to see what’s at her feeder. If I buy your product I shouldn’t have to watch ads to view my cameras.

Loved this camera until an ad pops up every time I log into the app. Not even worth it anymore and already looking for a different camera

Use to not have ads pop up when selecting a device. Horrible transition and no way to skip until it lets you. Don’t recommend at all.

Lately the app is filled with adds, making you waste time before checking your security. So… if you are getting rob you have to watch the adds before checking your security cameras or pay $$$$$
