Getting tired of all the pop up ads. App was included in purchase price.

Ads now? Seriously? They make you watch an ad before you can see your cameras now. That’s unsafe.

As I stated earlier . I was satisfied with the response my concern was it took quite sometime to get it. I eventually figured it out myself. I do like the product but was a little frustrated w/ the response time
Nothing is free anymore
This app used to be great. It was free, simple, and for the most part, it worked. But now you really can’t do anything without paying quite a bit of money for even basic features. I was going to purchase another camera to use but I will now be selling the ones we do have. At first they loaded the app with ads and now, you can’t even see the motion detection videos without paying $200 now. The app will only show screenshots and thumbnails.

Used to be good
Camera won’t connect to live feed anymore, “unstable connection” used to connect with no problem before recent update. I suspect it would work if I paid for the premium. They’ve also now added ads which is annoying. Actively searching for another option

You buy these get flooded with ads every time you open it to check on alerts totally useless cameras

Wenn ich eine Warnung erhalte und schnell prüfen möchte was gerade passiert, kommt nicht gewollte Werbung die man umständlich entfernen muss.
Seriös ist das nicht mehr. Wie schon mal bewertet ist das System nur noch Spielerei für Kinder und hat nichts mehr mit einem professionellen Überwachungssystem zu tun.
Ich werde den ganzen Müll entfernen und eine seriöse Firma beauftragen.
In jedem Fall werde ich dieses System niemanden empfehlen.

Pay to avoid adds
This system was great for a while. Recent update has made it so unless you pay for their subscription you have to watch an add to see the camera footage. Thats awesome guys so i could have someone actively murdering my family but i have to sit through a 10 second add to see whats happening. Greed at its finest. Disgusting.

Recent addition of Advertisements blocks out secureity alerts until you read these ads, to make matters worse, it seemed to be some sort of malware or scare ware like your phone memory is out or some other scam, scare malware advertisement
Ill throw these in the trash soon I highly recommend not to purchase these cameras, and if you already have them, throw them in then in the trash or maybe the developer will sober up
And remove the adds,without any further nag mesages
And let new purchases decide to buy the subscription features

Worthless garbage
There are now ads to view the camera. Also the notifications when it detects someone are delayed by several minutes. Worthless garbage
Was great before!
I usually don’t write reviews but I’m hoping this will change something. I loved the app before, however recently they have started to make you watch an ad before you are able to look at your cameras. This is absolutely crazy! When time is of the essence and you’re trying to see who or what is walking up to your house when you’ve been notified of movement you have to wait for an ad to play before you can look and see what’s going on. I mean if I have to watch ads at least let me see what’s going on in my yard first.

The App is Awful
The app is awful for the doorbell and cameras. I’m constantly being logged out. The doorbell settings are a joke. I’ve tried all different variations of toggles. I will either be notified every time the wind blows or not at all. Doesn’t pick up any package deliveries or people coming up the walk. Cameras need to be updated way too much. Seriously, you get what you pay for. Ring was way more consistent.

Too many Ads
The app was great before the latest update has it flooded with ads , you can't even usually go to the app without an ad popping up first ridiculous. I'll get different cameras next time.

App was good then they added dang adds. They pop up randomly and always seem to pop up when you are watching a motion alert. Shouldn’t be during an alert. Defeats the purpose of a security app.

Please fix the ads that pop up when opening camera notifications. When I get a security alert, I need to see what’s happening immediately not an ad blocking my screen. This is becoming a serious safety concern because those few seconds could matter in an emergency. Ads should NEVER delay access to security alerts or live view. Please fix this.

Going downhill fast
Unfortunately, once purchasing the cameras (I have four) you are locked into the companies plans to push you into subscription by massive ads and constant software updates (prob to steal your personal data) just as you are trying to use the cameras for safety of your home. They also took away free cloud storage. Eventually they are going to make these completely off putting and lose on camera sales big time. I’m already considering throwing these in the trash and switching to a wired system. They’ll prob tell me to complain elsewhere but I’m not wasting my time.

What was good, isn’t anymore!
I’ve had two of the cameras for two years. At first, the app just worked and no ads…..now, there’s ads. Also, one camera stopped working and I can’t buy one anymore. Once the next camera goes, I’m going with a different company, one that doesn’t have ads!
I love it
My kids got me this bird feeder for Father’s Day. It is great and I love having it right outside my window. The camera is clear and also provides a level of security for my front door.
