Worst app ever
Spins trying to login. If you save your login info it never logs in. And once in freezes and can’t even click on the image. Have spent way too much time in this app trying to get it to work. Hate this is what my pet boarding facility uses. So many better options out there. It doesn’t work 98% of the time.

Terrible App
Constantly need to uninstall and download again, more trouble than it’s worth on the iPad and completely useless on an iPhone. Pure frustration in the form of an app.

It quit working after update to 1.9 but appears to be functioning properly after 2.0 a couple days ago

Doesn't work.
Frustrating app!
Works great until you exit out of it then you can never get back in, you jus get a black screen. Must uninstall and reinstall every time you want to look at your dogs. Very frustrating!
Worst Update Ever! Killed a Great App!
New update kills the app. After log in will bring to a black screen on 5s but on IPad will get larger black screen where the slider for PTZ is actionable. If one deletes the app and reinstalls then it will work one time. If the app is closed or the window in minimized then when one goes back to it, one is presented with the same black screen issue mentioned previously in this review and all the others since this update in May. Lastly, this app DOES not YET have the ability to play the audio stream from those cameras that have audio. This is a major problem from a security point of view. Fix it now please!! Or at least put the older version back in the App Store so we can choose to use a version that at least half way functions.

Worst app ever - should be zero stars
I hate Vicon but at least the app used to work. Now I get a black screen after logging in. Terrible. I'd call their tech support but they refuse to talk to the end user. I really, really wish we had chosen a different camera system.

Better off with hikivision and ivms
This app is like a smack to the face i work on this all the time now i cant even logg on.... U guys must call eachother in the morning and say to eachother.., hmm how can we make it more frustrating for the client. Joke but i will recommend ivms4500 and hikivision products cause u guys have the reviews yet still no updates ARRRRRGGGHHHHH! No star would of been fair but 1 is kind enough.

I would like to congratulate vicon on doing what they do best, screwing things up. I installed the version 1.0 and it worked but only with VGA quality ip cameras. Now they took something that almost worked good and screwed it up in the version 1.1 update. Now it will not even log into my demo server. It's no wonder why these guys are a sinking ship. It you like non stop headaches with a system that does not work and you like software from 1994 stick with these guys and that is what you will get.
