They make you pay for Coins but the app doesn’t even generate the videos you request
Disappointed
I was very disappointed when I put two people in the picture to do and it came back with a person I didn’t even know in the picture with me and wasted the coins on it. They didn’t even refund my coins for the picture of myself and a unknown person
Faces changed
Uploaded photo. Made into video. Tried 4 times and each time the faces and hair style were changed. Not even a close resemblance. Not only that, I thought I’d be charged for one week. The charge was $50. I want me money back.
FALSE ADVERTISING!
I saw this on social media and decided to download. You have to purchase “credits” to use their app. so I downloaded it because I’ve lost family members that didn’t get to see babies and it would be so nice to put them together, HOWEVER, it’s not unlimited, each template cost you credits, each time you do a picture or video however if it doesn’t turn out decent it will take your credits/money!! It should do that once you are satisfied with the outcome since it involves AI. This is a big rip off, I asked that my credit be put back so I can get what I paid for or what was advertised. The template that I wanted didn’t work but it took my money! So I hope you do right thing and refund me because I didn’t pay for false advertising!
