Vidik identifies the mountain peaks and islands you can see from where you stand in Croatia — from Adriatic islands to inland summits — and, on a clear day, even the coast of Italy across the sea. Open the app, point your phone in the direction you're looking, and Vidik shows what's visible — with names and distances. It computes the true line of sight from: • terrain elevation (bundled Copernicus data — works offline) • the curvature of the Earth and atmospheric refraction • live atmospheric visibility from Apple Weather If a ridge or island blocks the view, Vidik knows, and won't list it as visible. PRIVACY No accounts, no servers, no tracking, no ads. Terrain works offline; your location is used only on-device and sent to Apple Weather for the forecast.
