Not worth it

I am not very happy with the 1 year subscription as you gave me certain amount of credits to use to create a AI pictures or videos and I have to buy more credits. If I’m paying a lot of money for a 1 year subscription, then your price is not worth it. I should have an unlimited credits for one year compared to weekly or monthly subscriptions costs. So I would like my money back because I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the app. Don’t buy anything from this app as it is a rip off!!

You’ll try to cancel this account and they will blow it off and keep charging your credit card. I had to cancel my credit card to stop the charges. Don’t sign up for this subscription. It’s a rip off.

Waste of money

The app is ok, at AI apps there are better apps out there. It uses a point system to make max money from customers. If you only created 1 image a day you would spend hundreds of dollars . Not worth the money it costs. I can’t delete this waste of money fast enough.

I just spent a lot of money in this app and there’s some major problems

every single time I tried to use my credit, it doesn’t work and I want a refund and I won’t be using this app again because the main reason why is when you tell it what you want it doesn’t do it and gives you something completely different and it’s pure slop

Regarding the credits not working every time you tried to use them—that definitely shouldn't happen, and we'd love to look into it for you. However, due to Apple's store policies, we only support in-app purchases (IAP), and all refund requests must go through Apple's official channel. Please submit your refund request via Settings > Report a Problem in the App Store, or visit Apple's "Report a Problem" page directly. Apple's team will review your case.

Don’t buy

They don’t tell you when you pay to subscribe you still have to buy credits to do anything. GARBAGE

Horrible

You pay an annual fee and then have to pay for each video even as you are testing and learning. Plus it doesn’t work well even if you follow the instructions. You must have to learn more or find shortcuts some other place that I don’t know. Admittedly I’m not an expert, but I sure thought it would be more intuitive than this.

Stopped working

The last four videos I have attempted to generate have failed. I was hoping the recent update would fix the problem but it’s still not working. I still have a lot of credits but I guess I’m screwed.

No support

Daily credits no longer work. I already paid for the credits and now without daily credit it will cost more to make videos. Can get support through the app and they don’t respond to emails. Bait and switch one you purchase credits.
