Convenient and easy to use
I’ve used this app for a about a year now to send and receive money through western union. Never had any issues

Wish I had seen the reviews before downloading. Got a text message from WU after receiving a transfer and thought I could save me the hassle of finding a physical location. It’s been 4 days and I have been unable to transfer the money to my bank account (that part of the app simply does not work) or even use it for online purchases. So money that was sent out for an emergency is essentially frozen in place until I receive a physical card — hopefully that takes care of it. Very very deceitful/ sloppy on their part. Mind-boggling coming from a corporation that has been in the money game for so long. Unless the true purpose is to take advantage of people in need.

Absolutely Horrible
Don’t download this app. Once your money is here, ITS STUCK. You can’t even link your bank account as it falsely states on WU’s website… and you can’t use the virtual card as it falsely advertises (not even for online store purchases). Hopefully you see this before you get locked into the mess. This was the difference between homelessness and a hotel for me and I can’t access the cash. Shame on this company. I hope they’re all sued for false advertising!

Do not use this app if you are trying to get money into your bank account. It is confusing, it won’t let you connect bank accounts, and then you end up having to send the money to yourself in chunks of $999 months with days in between. TERRIBLE APP TERRIBLE SERVICE
Terrible app
I downloaded this app to avoid going to physical locations to pick up money sent to me. After signing up, I tried to add my bank account to transfer my money to, but the app won’t let me do it. I had a terrible experience. Download this app at your own risk!!!

If I could leave zero star review, I would. Just downloaded the app trying to receive money here and I can’t connect to my back for a direct transfer, also way too many glitches, idk why they don’t do anything about this. Absolute waste of time

I This is one of the worst financial apps I have ever used. I have money in my account, but I cannot withdraw it because the app is full of bugs. The bank selection screen opens, but none of the banks are clickable. Even the Help section does not work.
I restarted my phone, reinstalled the app, and tried everything, but nothing fixed the problem. An app that handles people’s money should be reliable, but this one is not.
The developers need to spend much more time improving this app. It is frustrating, unreliable, and unacceptable for a financial service. I cannot recommend it until these serious issues are fixed.

A lot of steps, agreements, upload of documents for nothing!!! The app always gives you the same error message: technical issue, try again later.
Absolute Scam
I attempted to use this app in order to receive some money that was sent to me without having to go to a physical location. I signed into my existing WU account, but had to update some of my personal information since it had changed. After going through setup nonsense, I got an error message saying “Your wallet sign-up was unsuccessful.” No reason was given, and chatting with customer support was useless. They gave excuses instead of fixing the problem. After reading the reviews and finding out that you can’t even add your bank account to transfer the money to, I’m glad I didn’t try to continue my efforts to fix the situation. I immediately deleted the app. It needs to be removed from the App Store completely, and the company needs to face consequences. Don’t walk, RUN AWAY from this app!!

App is horrible, virtual card doesn’t work, was told to make purchases the cashier needs to sign for it by customer service, unable to transfer money, the whole concept is trash. Do not use, you have been warned
DO NOT USE TO RECEIVE
I thought that this would be a seamless process through the app but it has been a nightmare. You’re not able to add your bank account to receive your funds and when you call to address the issue you will be passed around to multiple people and then told it may get resolved in 20 days. I’m on day 1.

I read up on Google about this app before downloading to get my Western Union transfer. The description was inaccurate. Customer service is nonexistent and they are now holding my money hostage that was transferred as cash. They won’t let me transfer it to my chime account. They won’t let me transfer it to my Apple Pay saying that I need a physical card in order to do that. I don’t have time to wait for a physical card as the $ was sent for an emergency. using this app was a huge, huge mistake. asked to speak to a real person and all they give you is AI in the AI doesn’t even answer your questions. absolutely horrible app if I could give it less than one star, I would stop lying to people and holding their money hostage.

Worst money transfer service I’ve ever used!!!
I transferred money to my bank account through Vigo Money back in April, and it never arrived. Months later, nobody can tell me where my money is. They keep claiming the funds left their bank, but my bank never received them.
Customer service is completely useless and just repeats the same excuses without solving anything. It’s unacceptable that a company handling people’s money can’t track a transfer or take responsibility.
Avoid this app at all costs. If your money goes missing, don’t expect any help. I’m still waiting for my funds.

Horrible app.
If your someone who’s trying to avoid going to stores all the time to recive your money dont download this app because I also tried doing that, the app won’t let you receive direct money transfer my app has everything right. But still won’t work and I tried speaking to multiple people who work there and all they do is file a case that takes up to 1 month for them to reach back to you instead of just fixing the problem there. Don’t waste your time downloading this bs!

This app is useless and customer service sucks. My money has been on the app for a couple weeks because the card keeps declining when trying to use it. Used 300 and it wouldn’t let me make any more transactions cause it exceeds the limit. How tf you get a spending limit? Again, useless app
