Worst money transfer service I’ve ever used!!!
I transferred money to my bank account through Vigo Money back in April, and it never arrived. Months later, nobody can tell me where my money is. They keep claiming the funds left their bank, but my bank never received them.
Customer service is completely useless and just repeats the same excuses without solving anything. It’s unacceptable that a company handling people’s money can’t track a transfer or take responsibility.
Avoid this app at all costs. If your money goes missing, don’t expect any help. I’m still waiting for my funds.

Horrible app.
If your someone who’s trying to avoid going to stores all the time to recive your money dont download this app because I also tried doing that, the app won’t let you receive direct money transfer my app has everything right. But still won’t work and I tried speaking to multiple people who work there and all they do is file a case that takes up to 1 month for them to reach back to you instead of just fixing the problem there. Don’t waste your time downloading this bs!

This app is useless and customer service sucks. My money has been on the app for a couple weeks because the card keeps declining when trying to use it. Used 300 and it wouldn’t let me make any more transactions cause it exceeds the limit. How tf you get a spending limit? Again, useless app

This app is a complete fraud. It don’t work. It keeps logging you out whenever you log back in and customer service is no help. I repeat do not download this app. It’s a waste of your time and it’s frustrating as everyone in the reviews are saying they won’t even allow you to reset your password

I send people money, and they receive an SMS saying they can go to a Western Union store and pick up the cash. But when they enter the transaction number, it shows as invalid.
After that, they force you to download their app and get a virtual card, which has limited use and can only be used online.

Scam probably
It made me upload my documents every time I signed in. This feels sketchy and I can’t in good conscience recommend this or not mention this bizarre behavior. The documents it wasn’t is your ssn and ids as well.

I got it and it really does take a while to get your money. Also it stopped letting me receive my $$ from western union directly through this app. Just dont waste your time getting it and go get your money straight from a western union location.

I sent money on the first transaction it was ok but the second transaction they said they can’t find the MTCN whis is very clear , they completed the transaction and it says 1 banking day only its more than 2 days now no money transfer appear.

I have agoraphobia had money sent to me VIA Western Union got a text w the MTCN# “SUGGESTED” if I’d rather have my money onto this app,,.. without reading the reviews,,.. thought this would be helpful so I don’t need to go outside to pick up my money.. the first day I set up the acct added my bank had error issues failed to transfer my money into my bank. Chat w the same agent twice still couldn’t resolve my issue still can’t receive my money since yesterday. Finally says transaction went thru today BUT I WONT BE GETTING MY MONEY FOR FIVE MORE DAYS..
