Once upon a time there was a 10year client who changed addresses and didn’t notify his credit union. He then went into a branch to get a replacement debit card after changing his address. The banker told him there would be a $10 charge to get the new debit card. Then the loyal client removed his money except for a small rainy day account and opened his mortgage, auto loans, 9 credit cards, Heloc and soon to be 2 additional car loans with another bank. $10 fee for a debit card replacemennt…

Every aspects of Village Bank financial platforms are five star. I have dealt with a lot of banks in my 64 years. From customer service to ATM, to fraud protection I can’t recommend more highly Village Bank.
Love the bank but the app is AWFUL!
The worst app i use on my phone. I simply hate it. Not compatible with plaid. Disconnects from my apps constantly. Can’t download statements. Will freeze on a screen if i switch between apps and I’ll have to close it out and relogin.

Mostly it’s a very good app. It is easy to find what I’m looking for, I’ve never had a problem accessing my account and it provides many options if I should have any problems. I think if the breakdown of my monthly account were to list a little more information about who I am paying and specifically for what it would be so helpful. Thank you!

Get a good webmaster; your credit card division requires another login which is stupid because you’re already in the bank app. And it never recognizes you! I hate your website.
