App Not Kept Updated
App is not updated to show areas not currently in service, and the resulting error message is for a completely unrelated issue. No point to this app or service.
Good idea poor execution
Wait times are typically 20-30 minutes
Nice service to offer & operates & Drivers are personable & Helpful
1st time here @ BC Your drivers are punctual Cordial-helpful in answering questions & giving suggestions appreciate their style esp among a diverse & nice group of people. Thank you for being able to use your service
What a waste.
I’m here at 85 Willis Place and watching buses go by every 5 minutes but you’re app cannot find 85 Willis Place and I guess I can’t get to the ski area. The llisted phone number is a message to use the app.
Locked out no app support
The app requires both an email and phone number to reset the account if one forgets their password. My account is locked so I can not reset it because it’s associated with my phone number. So now this entire logistics software program fails for the user. Also there is no customer support to reach out to, so I am wasting valuable time on vacation.
Locked out, I expect more from a “World Class Provider “

Great app/great service
Overall I have had nothing but great experiences using this app!
Password reset broken
Can’t reset password unless you remember both the email and phone you previously used, nor can you set up a new account.
Amazing free on demand shuttle
Great service, quick and friendly drivers. Helps make the trip!
Wrong Way !
Frequently, this app will inform you of an incorrect pick up time. For example, it will tell you ‘8 minutes’,; however, the bus will show up over an hour later. Keep the bus drivers! Fire the management, top to bottom !! The reason the app has never been fixed is that the customer service rep’s will not acknowledge the issue or any issue.

Awesome service and easy app
The app was great! It was very easy to use and when I booked a shuttle, it would typically arrive within 3 minutes. The drivers were so nice and it made getting around a breeze.
Fabulous App, Fabulous Service
At first, I did not think this “on demand” service would be as convenient as the previous Beaver Creek constant shuttle but have taken 2 round trips into Beaver Creek Village so far on this vacation and this new service seems even more convenient. Very pleased!
Terrible routing algorithm
The code for assigning drivers to riders and riders to routes is terrible. Whoever coded it should be fired and it should be completely redone. It estimates a driver is 5 minutes away, then you request and it jumps to 15 minutes, then after counting down to just a few minutes away, it will jump up to 20 or 25 minutes away. You can end up waiting about 40 minutes for the ride to show up. Then once you’re on, the routing is idiotic and wastes everyone’s time. It will send the driver to a drop off point, then back to another pickup point, then back to the same drop off point that he just left, doubling back and going in circles so that it takes 20 minutes to make a 1 mile trip.

Wonderful
What a great service. Easy and efficient. Highly recommend and great service.
Very smooth, functional app
Flawless app experience. Terrific shuttle operations. Short wait times. Punctual. Great driver James.
Wait times are often longer than stated
Wait times are often incorrect and longer. If the ride arrives early though they leave. If a bus arrives but is not assigned they won’t let you on but the bus that finally arrives could already have 20 people on it
Inaccurate wait time
Wait time will hang around 10 minutes for 30 minutes
App said 3 minute wait for 20 minutes
Missed our dinner reservation at Beano’s cabin because the app said 3 minutes until a shuttle would be there, but it took 20
Great Service
This app is so helpful and easy to use. I highly recommend it to anyone
17 minutes
The buses worked better with a fixed schedule. Thanks for screwing things up, Beaver Creek.
