Reservations are not working in app
I m with V&V from December 2026, it was great from the beginning, but couple months ago reservations stopped working for pickle ball area, and now pool line reservations stopped working as well. It appears just like unavailable all the time. Blank page.
Very sad tgat no one care for the technical issues with the app. Because obviously this is not the issue with overbooking. Pool is empty, no one is there. Because your app has a bag. 😢

Get rid of mandatory updates
I swear to god there’s a new update every few weeks and i can’t get into the gym without updating.

This used to be usable but the new booking for classes is AWFUL. I have to click each day to see what’s planned instead of scrolling now. Who thought this was a good idea? Also it’s so slow to load that the days are all blank because they’re loading individually???? Absolute trash.

They charge me and extra $35 after lying about the cancellation fee being $50 and charged me $85.18

After getting a membership you can’t even use your app they say they can do nothing about it which is annoying why pay all the kk why for your app not to work I should of stayed at planet fitness
Can’t add membership card to wallet
Gyms that I’ve been members of previously have allowed you to add the membership card on your Apple Watch. This was very convenient as I don’t want to have to bring my phone in the gym. Unfortunately, this is an a possibility at this point at this gym. Very inconvenient.
Apple Wallet doesn’t work
I used the Fit19 app before until my gym became Vim Vigor. I used to be able to use my gym pass through Apple Wallet and it would even show on my lock screen as soon as I arrived at the gym. This app doesn’t seem to have the feature working even though it states on the App Store page that Apple Wallet is supported and there are screenshots showing the ability to add your pass to Apple Wallet.
