For some reason, it doesn’t provide any of my account info or let me register for classes. I have to do it at the gym! Only useful to scan in and see class schedules. No one at the customer service for the gym can help me fix it…
Password Reset
Not sure why I was suddenly logged out of this app, but now I am unable to login nor reset my password. When I tap reset password, I never receive the email with the reset link. Help?
Horrible
Booking Classes is confusing to new members if you don’t know how to switch dates or gyms if u have all club. Good luck if you pay for recovery and want to book sessions. It doesn’t work for members with the most expensive membership. NOW most members the booking for recovery sessions don’t work so the alternative is going in or calling the club to book which is not only inconvenient, it’s way harder to book. Probably gonna cancel my recovery. Please FIX THE APP!

We have 1 issue with the app. Love the tracking with everything but the daily check ins. If we can change the daily check ins to an actual calendar showing each month and day you checked into the gym. It would be beautiful. Overall great app
Turn down the f*<%¥g brightness
The app auto increases my phone’s brightness to 100% not just for the checkin screen in screen but for everything and I have to go to my phone settings to turn it down.
