For some reason, it doesn’t provide any of my account info or let me register for classes. I have to do it at the gym! Only useful to scan in and see class schedules. No one at the customer service for the gym can help me fix it…
Password Reset
Not sure why I was suddenly logged out of this app, but now I am unable to login nor reset my password. When I tap reset password, I never receive the email with the reset link. Help?
Horrible
Booking Classes is confusing to new members if you don’t know how to switch dates or gyms if u have all club. Good luck if you pay for recovery and want to book sessions. It doesn’t work for members with the most expensive membership. NOW most members the booking for recovery sessions don’t work so the alternative is going in or calling the club to book which is not only inconvenient, it’s way harder to book. Probably gonna cancel my recovery. Please FIX THE APP!

We have 1 issue with the app. Love the tracking with everything but the daily check ins. If we can change the daily check ins to an actual calendar showing each month and day you checked into the gym. It would be beautiful. Overall great app
Turn down the f*<%¥g brightness
The app auto increases my phone’s brightness to 100% not just for the checkin screen in screen but for everything and I have to go to my phone settings to turn it down.
New version sucks
The latest update destroyed the usability of the app. Now if you click find class, it will bring you to some random date in the past instead of today which is idiotic. Load times is long. Awful update.

Unsynchronized Weekend Classes
This app doesn’t indicate weekend classes for multiple UFC locations. I had to call the gyms to confirm them. It doesn’t synchronize gym schedules.

A love the Midtown Gym the team it’s really awesome but my 3 star is bc need more basic equipment that other cheap gym has

New Users Can’t Login
I’ve been a member for a little over a month now and still can’t get into the app. I never received a login link and the reset password feature is useless. My gym manager told me to call corporate, which I did, but no one has called me back. It’s super frustrating.
Not working
At the time I’m writing this the app is currently frozen . The app won’t load . It used work fine , but this past weeks is been just frozen. If they can please fix this issue it would make it easier looking at the schedules for classes and booking .
Unable to login
I tried to do the password reset and it doesn’t work. The technical contact info is also wrong. With this being my first experience, I canceled my membership, on day 1.
Take your money but not responsibility
UFC Greenpoint was a complete disaster and feels like a $700 scam. I signed up full of excitement, paying for both my membership and my girlfriend’s. Shortly after, the gym shut down without any warning. They kept charging my card for three more months—over $700—without providing any service.
To make matters worse, my account was transferred to Crunch without my consent, and when I contacted Crunch, their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. They claimed the ownership had changed and they weren’t responsible for any past charges. Total lack of accountability. I wouldn’t recommend this experience to anyone.>

Can’t login this app
Cannot get in!!
I absolutely cannot log into this app despite having all my correct information that works on the desktop site. The resend invite does absolutely nothing.
It doesnt work and the gyms know
This app is pointless. Doesnt work for half of the gym members and many more across the US it looks like. Staff don’t know how to fix it, membership services dont know how to fix it. Idk why i have it if i can’t sign up for sny classes. Also NO way this app has a 4.8 reviews for unless its paid for bots writing bogus reviews.
