Unauthorized charges are not technically possible through Vima, as all transactions are processed directly and securely by Apple. It’s possible that the charge may be related to another app? Hi, we’re sorry for the frustration. Video AI currently does not offer a free trial, so if you were charged, it means a paid subscription purchase was confirmed through the App Store. Subscriptions and refunds are handled directly by the store where the purchase was made. Please request a refund through Apple’s Report a Problem page if you need. Video AI uses coins because each AI video generation has real processing costs. The subscription includes a coin allowance, and additional coins are optional for users who want to create more videos before the next refresh. We understand your feedback and are working to make the subscription and coin details clearer.
