The subscription includes a coin allowance, and additional coins are optional for users who want to create more videos before the next refresh. Hi, we’re sorry for the frustration. Subscriptions and in-app purchases are managed directly through the App Store, so cancellation must be completed from your store subscription settings. For iPhone, please go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, then select Video AI and tap Cancel Subscription. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. We understand this was confusing and will keep working to make the cancellation and purchase details clearer.
