It opens the door but….
I can open 1 or both doors when I come home, but can only open both doors when a delivery person rings my doorbell. Very silly and insecure. Lots of other buttons that mean nothing and make the system confusing. Update: 2026. This app is super slow and unreliable. I still carry keys because it will fail me.

The app is very slow, unresponsive, and unintuitive.
Basically almost every time someone rings my bell I never manage to open in time because when I hear the app ringing it ask me if I want to see what’s new in the latest version of the app, or there’s something else that prevents me from answering straight away. By the time I manage to do it the person has already left.
How difficult can this be?

Non intuitivo
Non trovo l’app intuitiva, per associare i due termostati di casa é dovuto venire l’elettricista e anche lui ci ha messo un po’. normalmente riesco a installare sempre tutto, termostati di altre marche, ecc. ma pur seguendo fedelmente le istruzioni, avendo inserito una sim funzionante, avendo provato diverse volte era macchinoso. L’utilizzo altrettanto poco intuitivo, usato solo per gestire il riscaldamento c’è l’icona CLIMA da cui c’è la regolazione manuale della temperatura, e “VARIE” cliccando sul quale appare “TERMOSTATO PT” e non si capisce cosa cambi attivandolo o meno..ci era stato consigliato dall’elettricista perché unico con sim e non necessita di Wi-Fi e per poter impostare diverse temperature per orari e giorni del settimana, ma non capisco come si possa fare…tanta pubblicità a quanto SMART sarà la tua casa con Vimar ma nella casa al mare ho un Beok cinese preso su Amazon a 34€ con relativa app e trovo vada molto molto meglio e sia facile ed intuitivo! Morale: non lo risceglierei!

Ottima ma da correggere
Prima la trovavo perfetta, da qualche mese invece riscontro due problemi fastidiosi: 1 supporta Comandi Rapidi (Shortcut) di Apple ma, se mesi fa andava bene, ora i Comandi Rapidi creati quando vengono cliccati spesso non funzionano, si attivano ma non funzionano. Dovrebbero funzionare anche quando l’app è chiusa come succedeva un tempo. Segue punto 2 a volte l’app, una volta aperta, ci mette un sacco di tempo per rendersi operativa; quando non succede (oppure finché non succede) i comandi rapidi, non funzionano quando vengono cliccati

don’t recommend
the routines are very inconsistent sometimes they just don’t work without any reason. Tech supports doesn’t help at all and setting up the system is not intuitive and time consuming
