Vince does not give you a phone number for help nor an email for help! I do not have my order number and Vince does NOT show you how to retrieve it! I believe Vince is only interested in getting your money and has xero intetest in customer satidfaction! Is their plan to Dtick It To zyou!?

Good app with great product. The clothes are timeless and of great quality. It would be nice if you didn’t have to start at the first page every time you looked something in detail though.

Good clothes, lack of Apple Pay is bad
It just took me about 80 taps to complete my order instead of what would have been about 3 taps to pay with Apple Pay. Just charge me more if you have to, you’re a premium brand, it’s not like you’re Old Navy or something. Update with Apple Pay and I’ll improve my review stars.
App was glitching when trying to enter shipping options
The App was glitching when I was trying pay for my online purchase. I was trying to choose a shipping option, but it wouldn’t allow me to. I had to go to my laptop to create an account at Vince.com and then go back to the app and sign into my newly created account to be able to proceed with a shipping option and complete my order.

Apple card is an easy way to pay and very convenient for customers. I am not planning to buy anything else until Vince store implements an apple card as payment. Hopefully, Vince will catch up with modern payment ways...

Difficult to Use
I have found it almost impossible to find the drop-down menu so that I can easily browse a category. I know it exists because I stumbled on it once. Perplexing why app developer made it so hard to locate products!
Your Website Stopped all my order
Website didn’t ping me that one item was out of stock, and they halted rest of my order completely. Grrr.
