Never Get Emails
For some reason, nothing will send to my email even though I paid for the year. I need this for work. Please tell me how I can fix this issue.
Garbage
They stole my money and wont respond to messages. I downloads the app a few years ago at which point there was a one-time price for the app and no monthly subscription. Now when I try to use the app, it blocks me put because I dont have a paid monthly subscription! Even though I paid for the app!!! Terrible company who cares about your money, but not about you.

Does not seem to be suited to Australian VIN's.
I tried ten different VIN numbers all from Australian trucks. They were a combination of Mack and Volvo trucks. All VIN numbers were known to be correct but I could not get the app to give me any significant info for any of the VIN's entered. All the entered VIN's were for trucks built after 1991 as the program info suggests. The best the program could do was to give me a year model. I'm glad the app was only 0.99c because it is a waste of time as far as I can see.
