Can not connect to WiFi, this app simply does not work
It requires exact WiFi name but the name does not match. The app is disconnected from the vacuum cleaner.

Can sync with the wifi/app
I have been trying to connect the vacuum with the wifi for the last week, read all the reviews and troubleshooting that I could find only, and still no success.
The app simply doesn't accept any other name for the robot wifi, besides ”RVCLM21B-XXXXX”, although their own equipment came with the wifi name ”viomi-vacuum-v6_miapB3BC”
It's shameful that the problem been going on for ten months from all the forums I read and they still didn't take any actions.
