Works well enough. Splash screen takes a minute to load which can be frustrating when you’re in a hurry. Two stars since there’s no shortcuts or widgets features. Cmon guys it’s 2026.
The app works when set up right
Don’t listen to the other reviews the app works extremely well when set up right. The valet has to set it up in advance for it to work. If they don’t it won’t work properly. Once it’s set up it works very very well.
You request the car the valet brings it. If you have any special requests, you can message them through the app. My wife can order my car and I can order hers and we each know when it arrives at the same time.

The app works when set up right

Doesn’t work with e-sim
Absolutely awful app, doesn’t work with esim providers. I use eSIM from “visible” and the app doesn’t allow me to enter my number to proceed with registration. I’ve tried everything, including resetting app, but it simply doesn’t work.

Very impressed with the improvement to this app. It looks better, runs faster, and works! Our condo uses this service for our valet and I like the way I can chat with my valet. Also, this app makes it easy for me to get my passes/validations for my guests to park at the condo.
A total disaster of an app & system
Our building uses their automated robotic system and app. It is down at least weekly and delays in the system every few days. DONT select them as your system supplier if you are a decision maker. The app doesnt say if its up/down, no average delivery times, no status once requested or reserved, no ability to cancel the request. Often, our residents have to use Uber/Lyft because the car is either going to be too late or it’s down again. A complete disaster of a system and support!

App is not compatible with new phones
This app is ancient and hasn’t been upgraded. Considering it’s the only way to communicate with Valet in the building, this needs to be fixed. A small improvement would go a long way.
Basic App OK, lacking features
This app is very basic - needs additional features like how many number of cars ahead of you are requested and projected wait time.

my number has 2 digits for the country, other 3 digits provider and 7 digits the number. Your system stops and doesn’t allow the last digit
Basic Updates Please
Please at least give a basic resolution update. If you want people to use this keep it current!
Hoping for better
Terrible app, it’s glitchy, won’t accept my credit card, won’t let me add my home address, can’t find where to pay for a friends car. No contact info. I deleted it then reinstalled it, still won’t work.
Please fix scheduling car on iPhone
Please fix the request later feature. It doesn’t allow you to pick a time from the list anymore.
