If you want a system that works poorly sometimes and doesn’t work the others, go with this one.

Reply to your reply: the issue has been a reported many times by several people in my condo. You’re aware of the issue. The product just sucks

Does Not Work Effectively & We Had to Pay For It!

I moved to the Winston Towers and they required us to pay them and download this app in order to use the elevator. This app is extremely inefficient and does not work. It requires you to fully open your phone and then the app and even when the scanner scans it- it does not open the door 90% of the time. Very frustrating having to pay for something that seems like a prototype.

Ne fonctionne pas avec le wallet Apple

Quand on rapproche le téléphone du lecteur ça ouvre wallet qui n’a pas la carte enregistré. Il faudrait pouvoir ajouter la carte

Bonjour, Merci pour votre commentaire. Vous avez raison, l’Apple Watch offre de nombreuses possibilités et nous partageons votre intérêt pour l’intégration de cartes d’accès. Cette fonctionnalité nécessite toutefois un processus de certification et de validation auprès d’Apple, actuellement en cours de notre côté. Certaines étapes dépendent d’approbations externes et peuvent donc prendre un peu de temps. Nous vous tiendrons informé(e) dès que la prise en charge de l’Apple Watch sera disponible.
