Agree with other comments
This app does not provide the necessary level of detail, for example you can't open and view invoices. It also is quite inconvenient to open Support tickets and I really don't see the point of this app.
Back up and working
After a recent update, all I got was a blank screen. This happened on both my iPhones. Difficult to contact developer to report the problem too. I just gave up. Glad to say that the App is now working again. Just wish it was easier to report the problem to the developer in the first place.

For a hosting provider if you’re going to put out an app at least make sure it’s working or take it down

The app is still not loading after splash screen. This is a crucial fix. You should inform your customers if it’s going to take too long to fix.

This would be great if it was ‘simplified’ so we could check emails
I’m tired of having to add emails to apps. I understand that simply tapping a few links will take you to the emails section, this would save the need to add emails to apps - and potentially save the need to double up when needing to change passwords. If presented with a ‘Check emails’ link upon opening the app with faceID, it would be excellent.

First time user
Can’t even log in using 2FA. It bugs out trying to send a code to my mobile, then says the code is invalid.
App doesn’t support 2 factor login
Attempt to log in, it offers a 2 factor choice then the follow up screen to enter the code appears and disappears and it reverts back to the 2 factor selection screen again. I can’t log in no matter the choice. What a non-starter. Don’t make an app if you don’t have a development team supporting it that does adequate testing. Logging in is the very first function of the app.

Great app to check on services and pay invoices from my phone rather than desktop. All works as intended and no issues so far. Looks like there’s a few more things in the works which will make it even better to use.
Currently lacks support functionality, which would be nice. But looks like that’s in the works.

What’s the point?
Downloaded the app thinking it would provide easy access of everything including support tickets. Not the case…what’s the point of the app?
Useless
Tried to log in many times. I get the code via sms, but the app remains in a loop and doesn’t get to the verification.

App doesn’t work. Just get spinning circle symbol on startup then freezes.

Finally good to have an app! Makes paying invoices easier and the added security is great 😀
