Stuck at Captcha, cannot login

You cannot proceed past the little Captcha image that appears in the bottom right corner after entering your credentials and hitting Login - plain and simple, not usable

Agree with other comments

This app does not provide the necessary level of detail, for example you can't open and view invoices. It also is quite inconvenient to open Support tickets and I really don't see the point of this app.

Back up and working

After a recent update, all I got was a blank screen. This happened on both my iPhones. Difficult to contact developer to report the problem too. I just gave up. Glad to say that the App is now working again. Just wish it was easier to report the problem to the developer in the first place.

For a hosting provider if you’re going to put out an app at least make sure it’s working or take it down

Not fixed yet…

The app is still not loading after splash screen. This is a crucial fix. You should inform your customers if it’s going to take too long to fix.
