Very basic software
It's frustrating that this is the only software I can use to control the scoreboard our school purchased as its very basic and not user friendly at all. At the very least we should be able to reorder the solutions to make it easier to send to the board and why is there no folder system? I guess the developers must think that most people will be using this to create 1-2 solutions max. It does the job, but that's about it.

When i upload high quality images or videos it looks very bad on screens not clean

Não consigo editar a playlist no Cloud no aplicativo, gostaria de fazer pelo celular, a hora e a previsão do tempo só funcionam no padrão brasileiro acessando o vnnox.com pelo computador, gostaria de fazer tudo pelo aplicativo, façam essas melhorias! O aplicativo pode melhorar, darei 5 estrelas.
I can’t edit the playlist in the Cloud through the app. I would like to manage everything directly from my phone. Also, the clock and weather forecast only work in the Brazilian format when accessing vnnox.com on a computer. It would be great to have all these features available in the app. Please make these improvements! The app has great potential, and I’ll be happy to give it 5 stars.

DON’T BUY PRODUCTS USING THIS APP
I’m not sure if it’s just the screens I bought or the app but this app does not work you have to update the screens that we just bought so that they can use the 4g feature however you must connect to wifi first so we connect it to wifi and now that we have connected it to wifi we can’t connect to the screen at all so we have 3 screens where we can’t change what they display work perfectly fine however can’t use them. So frustrating that almost $6,000 USD worth of screens can’t be used because of an app that doesn’t work…

Offline Publishing
We request you to please add a feature of offline publishing a solution, that will be a great help. I believe offline publishing is the only feature that is highly required, as of now we need to login on the web for offline publishing a solution. So please add this feature in the viplex App.
Handy but needs a lot of work
The Handy app is pretty cool when it works but there are a few issues with delays, glitching, and file management and uploading.

Corrupt uploading
I can’t upload media without it corrupting, i am uploading from my phone, i have gotten 1 video to work but if i try anything else the screen becomes white and flashes green corruptions masking the video
