Waste of Money
VIP Shaadi is a complete waste of money. Before payment, they make big promises about personalized matchmaking, dedicated consultants, and customized profile searches. After taking ₹15,000, the reality is very different.
The consultant adds little to no value. They claim to do customized searches, but all they do is send 2–3 profiles at a time, only a few times a week, regardless of your requirements. There is nothing “VIP” or personalized about this process. It feels like a fixed routine rather than an actual matchmaking service.
What makes it worse is that users can often find more profiles themselves by manually searching the app. Paying extra for a consultant seems pointless when the results are so limited. Many profiles sent are inactive, old, or completely irrelevant to the preferences provided.
The platform appears more focused on selling expensive packages than delivering meaningful results. For a service dealing with people’s emotions and life partners, the experience is disappointing and feels misleading. I would not recommend VIP Shaadi to anyone considering spending money on it.

The service is not upto the mark. The relationship manager doesn’t understand the requirements. She does not work hard or communicate proactively.
Fine, but lacks a true premium feel
While the service is functional, it has not been seamless as expected. The consultants are helpful in some aspects, but their approach often comes across as sales-oriented, which detracts from the personalized experience I was looking for. Navigating time zone gaps remains a challenge. It’s an “okay” service, but the emphasis should shift from upselling to genuine matchmaking.

During the period of April 19th to April 26th, I am extremely disappointed to report that there has been only one call initiated with a prospective match. This lack of momentum is concerning, especially given the considerable investment made into this service.
I am now into my third consecutive 6-month VIP subscription. I have invested heavily in both time and high fees, yet I have seen zero tangible results regarding my son’s marriage. At this stage, I urge the team to significantly increase your efforts. I expect a much more proactive approach, higher quality profile curation, and a consistent volume of relevant prospects. Please prioritize this case and work harder to produce the results we signed up for.
