Worst one, don’t recommend to anyone

Shaadi VIP is the worst service I have experienced. They claim that a relationship advisor will help you find suitable matches, which is the main reason I upgraded from the Premium subscription. However, I found the service to be even worse than Premium.

With the Premium subscription, at least you know you need to search for matches yourself. The VIP service promises personalized assistance, but in my experience, that promise was not fulfilled.

I filed a complaint about the poor service, and instead of addressing my concerns or trying to resolve the issue, the response I received was disappointing, and my request was simply declined. Overall, I feel the VIP service did not deliver what was advertised and was not worth the additional cost.

Pathetic service and big scam in the name of VIP Shaadi membership

The company is just fooling people in the name of marriage by charging exorbitant premiums. They will sell you the service and will forget you once you purchase their service. VIP service/consultant support is just pathetic. Their consultants/agents do not even devote 5 mins a day for your profile and every time you raise a concern they will simply change agent who will again not do anything. They just want to extract money by fooling people and they want you to just keep paying them year on year for premius services and never really intend to get you married else, they will stop getting money from you. Dont fall for this scam!!!

I have only three days left before my Shaadi.com subscription expires, and I believe this is the right time to share my experience.My entire experience with Shaadi.com has been nothing but frustration, disappointment, and a complete waste of money.It all starts with the marketing team. Their only goal seems to be manipulating people into buying expensive subscriptions through pressure tactics and misleading promises. They conveniently avoid telling customers that the charges are in US dollars, leaving many people shocked when they see the final amount deducted. That is not transparency—it feels deceptive.Then come the so-called relationship consultants or account managers. They make grand promises before you pay, but once they have your money, they practically disappear. They rarely call, never proactively arrange meetings, provide little to no meaningful assistance, and simply wait for your subscription to expire. It feels as though their only responsibility is to let the clock run out after taking your payment.As a paying customer, I expected genuine support, professional service, and honesty. Instead, I experienced repeated sales pressure, poor communication, and complete neglect after payment. It genuinely feels like customers are valued only until the payment is processed.To the management of Shaadi.com: if your business model is simply to pressure vulnerable people into paying and then abandon them, at least be honest about it. Stop making false promises and pretending to offer a premium matchmaking service when your actions suggest otherwise.People join your platform with hope, trust, and the intention of finding a life partner. Exploiting those emotions for profit is unacceptable. A company built around one of the most important decisions in a person’s life should operate with integrity, transparency, and respect—not misleading sales tactics and empty promises.I cannot recommend this service to anyone based on my experience. Save your money, save your time, and avoid the disappointment.

Waste of Money

VIP Shaadi is a complete waste of money. Before payment, they make big promises about personalized matchmaking, dedicated consultants, and customized profile searches. After taking ₹15,000, the reality is very different.

The consultant adds little to no value. They claim to do customized searches, but all they do is send 2–3 profiles at a time, only a few times a week, regardless of your requirements. There is nothing “VIP” or personalized about this process. It feels like a fixed routine rather than an actual matchmaking service.

What makes it worse is that users can often find more profiles themselves by manually searching the app. Paying extra for a consultant seems pointless when the results are so limited. Many profiles sent are inactive, old, or completely irrelevant to the preferences provided.

The platform appears more focused on selling expensive packages than delivering meaningful results. For a service dealing with people’s emotions and life partners, the experience is disappointing and feels misleading. I would not recommend VIP Shaadi to anyone considering spending money on it.
