New App Version
New app on iPad is now only part screen. Obviously designed for phones. Why change what previously worked perfectly well?
As requested, deleted and reinstalled the app. The problem still persists. The app will not display in landscape on iPad making text and numbers incredibly difficult to read. Not good for a financial app when mistakes can be very expensive!

No isa viability
I’ve just opened an isa and was expecting to be able to view via an app but it asks for a 10 digit customer code which I don’t have, and when I click forgotten it asks for my sort code and then asks me to add a valid sort code. Really disappointing.
Functional banking app
The latest iteration has improved visuals, however now has switched from fixed in landscape mode to fixed in portrait mode. It really should switch between portrait and landscape depending on how you hold your device.

Why have you taken away landscape mode?? You state in other reviews to remove the app & reinstall to do this, but why should we? It’s your techs that have removed it or broken the feature.
Support stated to reinstall the app, this does NOT fix the issue. The app has removed the landscape function. We need it back !!

iPad now in portrait only
Since last update my iPad shows the app in portrait only.
2. Yes I did uninstall then install again. No change. I’m sure it’s since the iPhone was updated a few days ago. Weirdly the iPad wasn’t updated.

3. New update installed. Still reverts to portrait on iPad. Deleted app and re installed and same. It shifts the whole iPad into portrait, but reverts to landscape when I close the VM app.

Not happy with update.
Just updated app on my phone and my iPad. Whilst the phone is okay (because I use it portrait), I am not happy that I can’t use the app in landscape on my iPad.
Might seem small but extremely irritating. 😡
When load the app my iPad is already in Landscape position. The app loads in portrait and will not swivel. I have to turn iPad into upright position. It’s irritating 😡

ISAs aren’t included in the app - they can only be accessed via browser.

Not the best banking app
Transactions such as payments from the account don’t always show up. Transactions are quite often reversed before card payments come in at 9am. Clunky and not what should be expected in 2026
