I loved how the old way worked, now I can’t scan my tickets, look at my points and play the demos before I play. It was easy to find what I wanted . Now it’s confusing and I may delete all together.

this lottery company is just creatures and scammers, they bought a lottery for 200 dollars and did not win a cent, and this is not the first time that such a fraudulent company operates and the state turns a blind eye to this, please note, big winnings always come from the same same states, isn't this fraud?

The APP is very easy to navigate.
Hard to buy tickets
I try to use my iPhone from home to purchase tickets but it always says unable to verify I am in VA.
App doesn’t make it easy.
The app just doesn’t work well on the I phone. Maybe it’s better on other phones. The app is just so convoluted too much going on. Also would think they’d have a one click log in to get to your account.

What happened to the old version of the VA lottery?
Old version I could see the prizes, winners history, scan the tickets on my phone without having to go to the store. Now it is all screwed up-just leave it to some bureaucrats, they will do the job.
