Worst bank of banks
DO NOT USE! they will steal your money from savings and charge you for ATM use. There is no advantage to using this fraud of a “bank”. Many better options.
VNB app is easy to navigate!
I love being able to check statuses from my phone wherever I am. Easy to navigate and deposit checks too!

The app had few features but at least it worked. After the May 1 update, it is no longer usable for any purpose other than creating frustration. Loved Fauquier National Bank. Not happy with VNB.

Unable to login I get a request for update when I try to update. It goes to a Apple window, asking me to buy cloud memory.

They’re doing okay
They definitely don’t care about their customers like the old Fauquier Bank. Everything is commercialized. The employees in Warrenton and Bealeton are awesome but VNB has lost the hometown service for sure.
Banking
Great banking experience. Have been banking with VNB ( previously Fauquier Bank) for many years and even w other options for banks nearer to me I still choose the home town bank !
Lock out
The app will lock your account if you do not frequently log in. This is very inconvenient because then you need to call them during business hours to have them unlock your account.
Slow log in but great overall
It’s great. Just sometimes it takes a moment to sign in and can be tedious when needing to sign in quickly. But the UI Interface is top notch and simple to use!

Passcode
Overall it’s been great but I miss not being able to use a 4 digit passcode like in the past

Face ID doesn’t work often. Fix it please

When you switched to the new app, you made all the print very light colored, and tiny. Very difficult to see! And added more steps to things that were simple.

Remarkably erratic and undependable. Frustrating to useless.
Poor Function, Poor Design
This is the only bank of the several that we use that has such sloppy performance on all technological platforms, including this app. The recent “update” has left us unable to access features that were available previously from our mobile devices. As a customer who must bank remotely, VNB is giving me more and more reasons for switching to a more local-to-me bank.
