This app is trash. Didn’t work and united didn’t even reach out to try to troubleshoot.

Keeps freezing

This is such a low quality application. The video keeps freezing. The guy couldn’t hear me and got annoyed. I have 1GB internet connection so I’m pretty sure it wasn’t a bad connection on my side. I also had do measurements for the company. It’s not the reason we hire movers to fo do stuff ourselves.

Waste of both of our time

He couldn’t hear me, his app said something else was controlling my mic. My mic was on but I don’t have access to any settings. I cleared all other apps that were running but and we tried 3 times he couldn’t hear me. So now we wasted a week and he has to wait another week to drive 70 miles out to bid the job.
