Even with deleting and redownloading it hasn’t worked for a couple weeks now for me. I have to pay some bills here!
Fix the app please!
I am in Manitoba I haven’t had a chance to change my account. But trying to get updates or any other thing done is almost impossible. The app just doesn’t work! Weather I’m in Alberta or not the app should work. And now I can’t even get into my account. Lousy update

This app is awful. It’s down more than it’s up. Always down on weekends when the banks are closed. I think I’m going to switch banks because this is a non stop issue that has been going on for a LONG time.
Not a good app
Every couple months we need to remove and delete the app to reinstall it again! This is not a good solution for anyone. Please fix this problem. We need to use the app it pay fees for every transaction in branch and who has the time to go in branch anymore. If other apps can send updates why not this one? Create an app and send appropriate emails to customers when there’s an update for us to do.

Terrible App
Won’t allow me to access my banking until I update but won’t allow me to update.
Needs a serious revamp
horrible app. Almost every time I go to log in the screen is frozen and the only way to get it to work again is to delete the app and redownload it. I use online banking a lot so have actually considered switching banks because of this.
What a joke
Anytime I try to pay my bills outside of the typical ‘banking hours’ 9-5 Monday to Friday it doesn’t go through. I hate this app more than I hate this stupid bank.

Instability
Please bring relief from having to delete the app & then download it again, approximately every third or fourth time that I use it.
Don’t update
Every time I update my app it locks me out which is super helpful since it happens on weekends and I can’t access my account. Wish you’d stop updating and messing with peoples accounts
App with many problems
Takes 10 or more tries to sent e-transfer. App won’t connect just spins… can’t pay bills see transactions have to try many many times or go on computer. Sometimes I have to try back in an hour to get it to work. So frustrating when you can’t pay people or pay bills. This new version is terrible.
Lackluster
Old app was far superior to this one. Very glitchy when it comes to establishing just the right internet connection for it to actually load. This version is trying to do to much and is awkward to navigate. Keep it simple and streamlined. Do the work and make it better tech team.
View account balances
To set up a widget so you can see your balances without logging in: menu>Settings>Widgets. Tap Account Balances, turns green. Tap Add Account plus icon. Type a name for it, choose the Account, visibility as Both and Account Balance for Balance Display. Tap Add to Widget. Sign out and the account balance will display on the sign in page. (Only available for chequing accounts)

Missing the old
I miss the old app!! While this app does have some nice features it’s also more complicated than it needs to be and doesn’t work half the time! I miss the quick view and how easy it was to set up contacts for etransfer. I haven’t been able to set up new contacts since the app switched over no matter how much time I sit here and try. Please fix this!!!

This app is terrible!
The face recognition keeps kicking out so it has to be reset every second login. The sign in is a pain to use if you have different cards. The old app was much easier to use and way more user friendly.
