Great experience!
I had a great experience with my Covid 19 trial vaccine! All staff at Velocity Clinic are great , nice , professional! I just felt finished my one year trial and hoping to do another one ! 😀

Hard to schedule follow up visits
I really like Velocity and the people and haven’t ever had issues except the last couple of times. 1. Waited 45 minutes to learn I didn’t qualify for a study (prior to the one that just wrapped up) even though my health information indicated I had IBS they didn’t look or forgot. Anyway, I do this for some extra side money and I walked out after 45 minutes of waiting and a 2 minute interview without a penny.
Then the last two trials I lost out because I never got calls back to set up my in person visits which are the ones that pay +/- $100. I don’t know why this keeps happening to me (there were two visits I lost out on so total $200). Anyway, I know it’s not all about money but it’s why I do this so I will keep on and hope I have better luck moving forward.
Like I said, good people, very close to home, and easy way to make some extra cash. Fingers crossed! 😉

Ok unless you need support. There is no number to call. If you call the main number in NC you’re referred to the local office but they don’t know anything about the app or how to fix a problem.

A very important work going on, that will impact human health as research is being conducted on the Moderna Covid vaccine conducted by Velocity Clinical Research needs to be supported by all means.

Great people, they just take too long in the visit. Sometimes you stay long period inside the room waiting next step. If you try make sure for extra time available 👍

I had a little problem accessing my account (all my fault, btw), so I emailed support. Their response was prompt, helpful, and courteous—impressively good service!
App not working
Won’t open with passcode or face ID, just says “internal error.”
