Notifications Not Working
The best thing about this app is that it used to give you notifications of upcoming shots, but around January 1, 2026. Those notifications stopped. My settings did not change. Deleting it and reloading did not resolve the issue.
Sends notifications on the weekend
My allergist isn’t open on Saturday and Sunday. This is basic stuff. Do better.

Seems to crash so much. Have to reinstall and then ask my office to generate a code.
Broken & Useless
I downloaded this app yesterday. I can enter my clinic’s code, but when I click “Get Started” the words darken but nothing else happens. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and still have the same problem. Clicking App Support in the App store takes me to a page that no longer exists.
Can’t find patient
Trying to using this for my child after seeing it advertised in the allergy clinic. However, I have tried entering her information and the password the clinic gave me and it just keeps saying it can’t find the patient. I talked to the clinic and they can’t even open the app on their end but they double checked all information on their computer and it is correct on their side. Seems to be a problem with the app system itself.

Easy App
This app is really easy to use. With their newest update, I can sign in using the app when I go to my allergist office for my allergy shot. No more cards. Also, I get notifications when I am due for my shot and even overdue. Plus, I get to see my shot history. Definitely recommend using.
Useless
Can’t even get past the “Get started page”
Never works
Useless POS… This used to work, but in the past 6-12 months it doesn’t work at all. I’ve deleted and reinstalled over a dozen times. I put in the office code, and hit “Get Started” and nothing happens - the app seems to completely freeze.

Keeps us up to date on injections.
Very useful for tracking when our kids were due for their allergy shots. It stopped working at one point, but it turns out that my allergist didn’t have his system up to date. Once they updated, our tracking worked again! Glad they could fix it! Wish I could track other things with an app like this, like my dogs grooming, our car inspections, etc!!

Broken app no support
Worked for a while then all of a sudden stopped working and creating a lot of confusion at the Allergy practice because no one knows where their shots are now. And the front desk staff don’t know how to get it working or help the patients.
Terrible Visionary Allergy App
I have been a part for thirty years. The app has always had some issues, but recently it doesn’t work at all. Uninstall ing and reinstalling brought up a message that it doesn’t recognize the patient. Medical professionals should drop this app and work with one that actually works.
App stopped working
I liked using this to keep up with my allergy shots and now it’s not working and you can’t get app support because when you click on app support, you get redirected to a page saying the page no longer exists. When I open the app, it goes to a page that states “Whoops! There was an error retrieving data. Please try again.” You press ok and then it force closes the app.

This app is terrible. It doesn’t help keep track of your shots, it only tells you what status today is. I never get any notifications and there is not a calendar to see how many days you have left. It’s useless.

Been using it fine then all of the sudden, no texts, they have none of my information and I can’t get back in. SUCH a waste of time, energy and effort!
