Stupid App
It doesn’t function well It keeps kicking me out I spent 7 hours on it and I couldn’t fill the visa application

Worst app
This app totally looks like there is child created with HTML & CSS programming language.. I can’t move to nexts steps & can’t click buttons. This app totally full of bug the developers need to fix all of bugs.
Visa delay
My family resides in saudi, i have been waiting for 2 months now for my visa approval, before it used to take only one day and now 2 months! All my vacation is over and i will not be able to meet them for another whole year! This application is useless when there are glitches and delays always! Very poor application! So many of my friends have the same complaint! If you want saudi’s tourism to boom u must make sure there is fast visa service!

Awkward amount of Bugs
It can be ‘the’ app for visitors but it does need lots of work
The app on iPhone barely loads and crashes as well
Also needs additional basic features like dark mode for ease of use at night
Hope to see the things get fixed quickly before the next visit InShaAllah

App doesn’t work with my phone
This app doesn’t work with my Phone which is 15 iOS, This is really disappointing , you need to pay intention for this really issue.

Unforgettable Experience
I had an amazing experience visiting Saudi Arabia. My visa was approved within a minute on VisitSaudi website. Overall, I couldn’t be more happier :)

يحتاج التطبيق الى تحديث كل ما احاول الدخول الى حسابي يبقى معلق ولا يذهب لصفحة الدخول ، الرجاء تحديث التطبيق ليتماشى مع اخر تحديثات ابل والايفون ١٤ ، شكراً لكم
