It was good while it lasted!
The app functions fine, but the user base has lost its mind. People are routinely bidding $35 to $40 on $50 retail items. Once you add the buyer’s premium, handling fees, and taxes, you are paying more than brand-new retail prices on Amazon or Walmart—all for an unreturnable item with zero warranty. The warehouse staff is great, but the platform is no longer a liquidation site. It is a gambling game for people who can't do basic math. Stop overpaying for garbage.

It's inconvenient
It's inconvenient. Just terrible. Bring back the web version. The functionality is very limited.
New app is horrible
They need to bring back the website, not everyone wants to use an app with half as many functions.
The bidding currently blocks the countdown timer, it no longer shows you the total price with fees before bidding so you have to manually calculate it which is extremely annoying, and now when you bid it sets the end time to 1+ minutes instead of 30 seconds like it did before. So now you’re stuck watching an item for 5-10 minutes just for it to end. The saved search function also doesn’t work properly as it doesn’t save your location preferences.

The information is wrong and it says it’s new but when I bought a couch on here, it was just a piece of nothing. This app sucks!
Shady things
You guys completely hide a final price calculation based on all fees, compared to the old web version. It’s pretty sad

They lost my credit return when the apps merged. All the emails back and forth is not solving the issue.

Need a lot of work
The app constantly disconnects and does not show items correctly. It’s still needs a lot of work. The website worked much better but it was discontinued, forcing us using this app instead. Hope features updates improve it.
Could use some improvement
I wish this app would notify you closer to the end auction time like the old app. 5 minutes is too far out for someone who’s busy with other things 2-3 minutes is ideal so I’m not having to sit there for a long time. Or at least give an option to pick timing.

Downloaded the new App and am greatly disappointed. The watch list doesn’t work nor does the tab that displays your bid list.

Miss the Old App and Web Version
The old app was much easier to navigate, but I predominantly used the web browser on a PC which is also now gone. Can we please at least get to web version back?
Not well designed
Not well designed links to sign up don’t work and trying to have shoppers move to a mobile app from web is a bad idea

very easy to navigate especially compared to the vista charlotte app. I love how easy it is to look through everything and there concept of this app. I’ve already won a few things!
Poor design
When trying to outbid the bidding window blocks to stop clock so you don’t know how much time you have left. Plus, unlike the Charlotte app when you hit increase bid you have to actually type in a number at that time instead of just selecting the next applicable bid amount. It’s very frustrating.
You have a 50/50 chance
I end up taking 1/2 of my stuff back because it is NOT as described. MOST of the items are missing pieces or broken and it says that it is new never been opened. I ordered a jar of cream and the stuff was so wet that it got on other products I got. You would think that would be obvious.
Can do Better
This app shows way less info about the product compared to the other Auction. Would be also better to show if the product is new or used while still looking at the listing before going in. Please allow landscape view on IPADS. Esp if you planning to combine both.
