Bring back the website
The app is extremely difficult to navigate and harder to see since I’m on my tiny phone screen now. I miss the website where I could have multiple tabs open with my items and could view everything on a much bigger laptop screen. Using the app has been so frustrating and confusing that I’ve just not been using Vista anymore.

Accounts are not synced!
Accounts should automatically sync with any new application using the same account. Right now, every time I use a new app, I’m asked to register again, and none of my previous history is available.
All existing account data should have been migrated. I’ve registered three separate times using the same email address, yet my history is missing each time. This creates a poor user experience and defeats the purpose of having a single account across applications.

Missing History
It was nice on the web version when you could search “Completed” sales. This way you knew an item might come around again. Also, what the items were selling for in the past. Old app / website was much better.

Great place to shop! The prices are very affordable, there is always a good selection of items, and the customer service is excellent. The managers are professional, friendly, and always willing to help. I’ve found many great deals here and will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommended!

Please bring back ability to search completed items. Also total bid cost (including 15% buyers premium and lot fee) when confirming bid
It was good while it lasted!
The app functions fine, but the user base has lost its mind. People are routinely bidding $35 to $40 on $50 retail items. Once you add the buyer’s premium, handling fees, and taxes, you are paying more than brand-new retail prices on Amazon or Walmart—all for an unreturnable item with zero warranty. The warehouse staff is great, but the platform is no longer a liquidation site. It is a gambling game for people who can't do basic math. Stop overpaying for garbage.

It's inconvenient. Just terrible. Bring back the web version. The functionality is very limited.

They need to bring back the website, not everyone wants to use an app with half as many functions.
The bidding currently blocks the countdown timer, it no longer shows you the total price with fees before bidding so you have to manually calculate it which is extremely annoying, and now when you bid it sets the end time to 1+ minutes instead of 30 seconds like it did before. So now you’re stuck watching an item for 5-10 minutes just for it to end. The saved search function also doesn’t work properly as it doesn’t save your location preferences.

The information is wrong and it says it’s new but when I bought a couch on here, it was just a piece of nothing. This app sucks!

You guys completely hide a final price calculation based on all fees, compared to the old web version. It’s pretty sad

They lost my credit return when the apps merged. All the emails back and forth is not solving the issue.

Need a lot of work
The app constantly disconnects and does not show items correctly. It’s still needs a lot of work. The website worked much better but it was discontinued, forcing us using this app instead. Hope features updates improve it.
New app Is horrible.
I believe I've been using Vista since it was open about maybe even less than two months. It's changed a lot and grown. And I'm glad for the company. However, this new app is horrible. You can't control or do or see almost anything on it. Moving around it is really disappointing.
You also can't use the computer to look at it. Your saved searches are worthless at the moment because you can't even look them up. There's very little notifications. And most importantly you can only use the application on your phone. And that has always been horrible. I am someone who's bought a couple thousand items. But I'm very disappointed in this rollout of the application. It's not very friendly at all. Maybe they has lots of problems or something with being able to access Vista auction through website, or on your computer or laptop, but that is now seemingly eliminated. I did most of my work and reviews and shopping on my laptop. And now that doesn't seem possible. I don't know if it's temporary. Or forever. This is not a good application. This is going backwards. Maybe for some reason it's good for the owners. But it's not good for us customers, clients, buyers. Orbiters. At this first week of rollout on the new application, this new app discourage me from using Vista. I don't know how it could get any worse.

It’s fine I guess…
It’s fine, I’m annoyed I’m forced to use the app instead of just a browser. What’s the point of that? Also saved searches aren’t working right now for some reason, they just return no products even when manually searching the same term returns items.
Could use some improvement
I wish this app would notify you closer to the end auction time like the old app. 5 minutes is too far out for someone who’s busy with other things 2-3 minutes is ideal so I’m not having to sit there for a long time. Or at least give an option to pick timing.
Lots of Bugs
Downloaded the new App and am greatly disappointed. The watch list doesn’t work nor does the tab that displays your bid list.
