Can’t pick parts of the video
I wish we were able to pick parts of the videos we add. Instead, you have to break each video down before adding it to the app. That’s extra time and work

Fraud
I cancelled this trial well before the free period but they have been charging my card every week for a very long time! This is fraud and they make it impossible to cancel. I have emailed and tried to reach them. Do not download or sign up for this!
This feels like a scam.
This is the second time I’m dealing with this issue. First of all, I cannot manage my subscription myself. There is no way to properly control or cancel it from inside the app.
Second, I have contacted support at least ten times. Every time I am told that I “don’t have an active subscription.” But you continue charging me $9.99 every single month.
At the same time, I cannot even use the app. I cannot log in, and it keeps asking me to subscribe again — while you are already taking money from my account. This makes absolutely no sense.
When you contact support, you only receive robotic responses that don’t solve anything. The instructions they send do not work.
Very frustrating experience. I just want the unauthorized charges to stop.

They steal your money
I really couldn’t believe that they took money out of my account weekly and when I signed into the app, it’s almost as if I don’t have a subscription. It’s supposed to be $10 a month but every week they’re taking money from my account.

I never intentes to suscribe but….
I never intended to subscribe. The app automatically enrolled me in a monthly plan without clear consent, and canceling the subscription was hard to find while charges continued.
SCAM! Do not try
I was on a free 3 day trial and cancelled immediately after subscribing. They still charged me $15 and they won’t refund me even after I sent them proof of the cancellation. The app also does not work as advertised. It’s just a generic video editor. Nothing special.

Hi Guys, I downloaded this app and paid for a yearly subscription of about $40 (around that range). I found out a few months later that they had been charging me $9.99 every month. I thought I mistakenly clicked on monthly subscription only for me to find out I chose the annual subscription and they had charged me way above the annual subscription.
I contacted them tirelessly, but they kept pretending like they don’t understand English or what I’m saying. I asked for a refund and all I kept getting was not replies. Till now, there’s been no explanation for the overcharge and no response for my refund.
This is fraudulent behavior at its best. If I could give zero stars, I would.

It’s a scam.
I signed up for $1 dollar trial for banana nano ai and got this trash. Now it keeps trying to charge me $15 and I can’t get it to stop.
Fraud.
Signed up for a free trial and cancelled within the free trial period. I continue to be charged and have received no response to my 5 emails.

Not the app advertised on offer for $1. Only when downloaded do they show weekly $15 subscription fee. The company have taken money directly from my bank and bypassed the Apple App Store. This makes it hard to cancel. I contacted the company and they sent cancellation link that does not work. I contacted my bank fraud line and have cancelled my bank card. I have contacted apple and no responce. Apple should not allow this.

Have been trying to delete but can’t..
Have deleted the app, and payments, but Vistory still have been charging me, I have emailed them and have still not heard back. Very frustrating, would not recommend this app.
Stealing my money
I deleted this app long ago last year after my trial ended and they have been taking my money weekly since. I filed fraud with my bank because no one ever responds to the emails I’ve been sending. This app is trash DO NOT get it and NO ONE ever responds to you. Let’s see if I get a response on here. I would put ZERO STARS 🤬

SCAM
It’s a scam! Misleading marketing and charges you even if you didn’t sign up to a free trial or a paid subscription. They market on IG as “$1” to download the app and takes your CC info. Once you download the app, it asks you to sign up to either a free trial or a paid subscription to which I didn’t sign up neither and it still charged me $14.99 each week.
