Video app is not working since the update

Hi, I am having issues with my app loading. It opens but it doesn’t load. I have sent an email explaining the issue about 3 days ago, however no one has responded. I have 3-4 months left on my paid subscription. Do you have any suggestions?

Free trial didnt work

They lie about having a free trial. I downloaded the app wanting to try it out, signed up for the trial and it wont let me access anything still. Rip off

I have my Money pay for this app 2 years in a row. Now I had to reintall the app and don’t recognize my account. There nonway to register onlog back in. Its a waist of money.
