Free Sample
The app should offer at least one truly free sample video before asking customers to pay $10 per week. How am I supposed to know whether I like the results or if the app works for me without trying it first? I don’t want a seven-day “free” trial that requires a subscription and automatically charges me if I forget to cancel. Let customers create one free video with no payment information required. If the results are good, people will be more confident about subscribing.

Subscription Error!
App thinks I have not paid for subscription and keeps telling me to subscribe. Therefore, I can't download any of my projects without watermarks. Projects are not being stored. Neither can I generate Ai video. Tried to resolve with tech support, nothing. I already paid $79.99 annual fee.

Stay far away
This app crashes all the time! Most recently I spent over 15 hours putting together videos and the app crashed, won’t open and all of my videos are stuck in the app with no way of retrieving them because it crashes before I can even get into the video. The customer service is horrible and they don’t respond or help at all. It’s been an absolute nightmare trying to get in touch with anyone. To be a paying customer and not even be able to get in touch with support over 3 weeks is absolutely ridiculous. Save your time and money and stay far away from this app and this headache it brings.

I had a bad experience.
This app is really disappointing especially considering it was recommended by apple. Im not sure if everyone had the same experience I had, but this app constantly tries to get you to buy their subscription with pop up ads even if you already subscribed. I bought the subscription with a free trial and when I tried to export my video with the pro features I now had, the pop up ad still shows up! Theres a restore purchases button on the ad itself so every time I get the ad I press it of course. Pressing restore purchases on the pop up doesn’t do anything but close the ad and when trying to export videos with a pro subscription you still get a watermark even if you disabled the option to have one. That happening seems like a design choice and if you don’t like apps with pop up ads this app isn’t for you. All this is coming from an average person just casually trying an app.

False information provided
I purchased a week of the pro subscription. Before I purchase it, it said that if you are not satisfied with the purchase, you can get a full refund. I was not happy with it so I requested a refund and they only gave $1.69 back. I called Apple to get it figured out and they said that I have to contact the app directly. Every time I email the app, they send me to Apple support. False information was provided and I would like my money back.

Doesn’t work
This app is not working properly. It is slow and won’t even let you download your video. It wanted me to go pro version and it says free trial but tried to charge me $25 dollars. I’ve spent two days editing a video which I finally finished and now I cannot download it.
