I used Videoup to make a video for my 50th anniversary! It turned out AWESOME ‼️ I can't afford to buy the app but I highly recommend it! Thank you ‼️‼️‼️
Don’t waste your time
Made a long video 1 hour, every time I tried to open it and edit it the app shut down. Deleted the app and re downloaded and all of my projects were deleted. No login screen. No help from technical support. Waste of time and money!!!
Will not open
Bought a year subscription and now the app will not even open. Ridiculous

I couldn’t open the app and it would keep me on the loading screen for 20 minutes and still didn’t open. I really had trust in the app until it just wouldn’t open.
Not for free
Says that it is a free app but not you have to pay a membership. 👎🏼

Terrible to use on fone for a large project
Videos don’t save and customer service is bad
I worked on a video for awhile and saved the progress to my phone but when I opened the app later to edit the original project the project had reverted to a previous unfinished state.
The app doesn’t allow you to reupload a saved project to work on either so I had to start back from scratch.
I tried to reach out to customer service through the app and the app would not let me send an email after typing a draft either. The send button was bugged or something.
Pretty annoyed with the entire experience and would recommend not purchasing a subscription until these problems have been resolved unless you would like the possibility of your work disappearing.

5 stars because my actual review isn’t shown
I liked this app when I first started using it, but it literally does not work now. I get stuck on the loading screen for 4-5 minutes and then it takes me another 3-4 minutes to even start making a new project because the screen is just completely unresponsive. I’m extremely disappointed that I spent money on an annual subscription for this app because it is genuinely so frustrating to use.

Free Trial is not free - it's misleading. The product is fine but the trial is not free so it's a bit of a scam.

Limited capabilities
Music choice limited and boring. Length of music not adjustable to match reel. Too short, couldn’t mute the video with music! Nothing vowed me!
Music options suck
They make you rebuy tunes every time you want to use them. Probably in cahoots with ITunes

Was basically tricked into buying, they offered a free trial then took a full year subscription $105, then charged an additional $1.99 to buy 2 credits, then when I did try to create a video it wouldn’t let me enter my own photos.
