Video app is not working since the update
Hi, I am having issues with my app loading. It opens but it doesn’t load. I have sent an email explaining the issue about 3 days ago, however no one has responded. I have 3-4 months left on my paid subscription. Do you have any suggestions?
Free trial didnt work
They lie about having a free trial. I downloaded the app wanting to try it out, signed up for the trial and it wont let me access anything still. Rip off
Really bad
I have my Money pay for this app 2 years in a row. Now I had to reintall the app and don’t recognize my account. There nonway to register onlog back in. Its a waist of money.
No free cancelation

Lagging
Been really slow lately and there’s tabs I want to pull up . And they show just black . Can’t see what I am clicking . Didn’t do that before. So I uninstalled app and redownloaded it . Still the same . Erased all my content too
Getting worse by the day.
Bugs are running rampant and when I reach out to support they try to put me to work, instead of fixing the bugs. I already pay a nice price for the subscription and have been using for years now. Recently the previews for transitions has disappeared and now the split, duplicate, delete feature cant be seen. Did they fix it, nope, they wanted me to send in a bunch of pics and waste my time and energy instead of fixing the problem, this is the support you get when you pay for this subscription. Borderline ridiculous. Let’s see how long it takes to fix these current bugs. Im just about done here. Can do more stuff on CapCut for free without the hassle or $$$.

I went to the App Store to cancel but it is not shown on the AppStore subscription page. In the app, the cancel button says you must go to the App Store. What a rip off.

Doesn’t do anything like I was under the impression that it works and canceling will not get them to refund your money. Misreading app. Do NOT subscribe.
SCAM! Stole my money
This app said free 3 day trial and literally charged me $11 immediately after selecting it. I cancelled through my iPhone subscription settings immediately, and didn’t use the app, or even look at the features. From other reviewers that look like they had a similar situation as me, I doubt they will be attempting to solve my issue. Such a scam.

App claimed to make videos from your pictures in seconds . Claimed a free 3 day trial, ended up having to buy credits for a video I could have made on any FREE video app . Will be canceling the subscription I had to sign up to to get my free trial .
Impossible to cancel
They charge a fee on top of the subscription and I am unable to cancel my initial subscription. Do not download!!
