POP UPS ARE AWFUL
im sure the app is great, but it barely lets you use the demo. Theres no chance to actually get to know the functionality, because of the incessant pop up window asking you to buy it.
Love this app!
It's exactly what I was looking for!
Underwhelming
Under-developed software with some poor design choices, popping up the subscription popups too often. I've been using it for several months and hoping it would improve. But I found a much better alternative in an app named Repeater today and am now uninstalling Visual Cue. Thank you for convincing me to look elsewhere.

Response from developer
Thank you for your feedback. The new iOS app has only been available since February, so please bear with us as we work on porting features from the much more advanced macOS app, which has been around for 10 years. We hope you’ll check back with us in the future.
Easy and simple
I've been looking for a music finder, that looks like finder and has waveform preview! This is a great app, I'd love to have these features in the future:
Varispeed / Pitch shift
Change color of the waveform
Tags list / column (to have the ability to drag and drop an audio file to add tags quickly)

The best I have found so far...
Not only is the waveform on point- the sound for voice clarity is nxt level. As an attorney, I have to listen to hours of voice data- and this program has been unbelievable in word revelation. Some of which is better than the sound editor we use. Super pleased!
I'm DONE with iTunes... this is my replacement!
I'm a pro musician. I don't need my iTunes / Music app to upload everything to a cloud, or link to streaming services. I need a way to organize my music library, and music that I write. This is working well. I did purchase the $9.99 upgrade to gain access to playlists, but it's clean, simple and the waveform is a nice touch.

My use of the recorder
I do Ham/Amateur radio morse code and this is perfect for playing back audio files captured during QSOs.
Useless
"Visual cue cannot open file with mp3 audio format" from finder.
