The number of questions asked when you load is like an app unto itself. Do not recommend, it’s data gathering.

Si le preguntas que te de la fecha te dice que está en el 2023 y no reconoce nada después de esa fecha , ya les mandé 2 correos y no lo han arreglado .aparte si haces preguntas se queda trabado y no te contesta solo la primera vez , y ya hice de todo. No funciona !!!!

The app is great; however the developer did not honor the proposed promotional 50% savings price - $34.99 but when purchasing the price was back to $69.99 almost twice. I probably wouldn’t mind to pay it it they were monthly installments, but promoting the price and attempting to double the price doesn’t seem fair practices considering people make such purchase’s automatically

DONT DO TRIAL! CAN’T CANCEL!!
I am BEYOND frustrated with this app! I cancelled 4 days in and went to remove my acct to delete the app and it gave me an error message that I couldn’t! I sent a message with my screenshot cancellation & asked them to cancel again and deactivate my acct so I can delete the app!! Not before they charged me 20 dollars! I was so mad so I googled the company and found their email and emailed them AGAIN with all the screenshots asked them for a refund! Cpl days later… TRIED TO CHARGE ME 19.99!! I filed a dispute with Cash App and deleted the app. Today…TRIED TO CHARGE ME 19.99 AGAIN! I had to block the co.! What a headache!! And the email that u keep telling everyone to write you with?! That was the email I DID SEND MY MESSAGE TO AND U STILL AINT DONE ANYTHING … no refund yet!!

UPDATE: Thank you to the company… they did finally refund my money. It’s been a bit ago, and today I received a message from them apologizing so I wanted to update to let y’all know that they DO listen… it just takes a bit. Therefore, I changed my review updating it to 3 stars.

Can’t cancel
I can’t find how to cancel this app. I was in trail and don’t want it.
They will bill you for a year if you try to cancel
I canceled a few day after I got the app and they said it was cancelled. 30 days later got billed for $130 for the year. Be warned! Shady app!!
Cancellation issues
I canceled the service because it wasn’t working for me. I continue to be billed for the next three months. I contacted visual mind via email. Visual mind claimed that I was not on their customer list and proceeded to blame Apple for the charges. I spoke with Apple. They said the charges came from visual mind and that I would need to speak to the bank. I had to speak with my bank and had to dispute the charges I am file a fraudulent charge claim with my bank that was over $200. I spent three months trying to cancel this service only to get the runaround.

Worst AI app I’ve ever purchased
I tried this out on a trial basis and did not cancel before the 14 day. Period. Ended therefore I got charged almost $100 for it and I’m stuck using it for a year. I have tried doing various things with it and it is very limited in what it can do. ChatGPT 4.0 is actually much more efficient than this and it’s free. It cannot proofread. It cannot read anything but text input I tried to give it a Microsoft word document and it can’t read that format. It also says it can’t proofread. I am using other programs to learn how to write proper prompts and scripts even under that too. I can’t seem to get this AI to perform a simple task for me. I would not waste my money on this and do not try the trial without canceling it before the deadline because you will get charged for it.
