Card never works with NJtransit app and frequently causes bank issues. Planning on canceling the card ASAP.

They seem to have a problem reading receipts to find dates when you file a claim . Terrible service .

A constant Denial Card. Afraid to use it. Call 800. # and is okay we show not cancelled. Got denied for $3.00 co-pay for meds!!

App is not user friendly
The app is very difficult to use. Not user friendly at all. I am also displeased with the overall FSA service. It’s cumbersome and is difficult to get reimbursed and use the FSA debit card without some error that flags my account then it gets locked so I can’t use funds until it’s resolved. This is my money that I contribute and yet it seems the provider almost intentionally makes it difficult to release funds
