About
The VITACHEQ App is supposed to be used in connection with a mobile device (VITACHEQ) for the continuous, cuff-less estimation of blood
pressure based on pulse wave velocity, which is determined from ECG and
optical pulse signals. Both signals are recorded at the periphery (preferably
thumb and index or middle finger) and are used to calculate heart rate, systolic
and diastolic blood pressure, and pulse wave velocity. Various HRV parameters
are also to be captured on the basis of the ECG signal.
This accompanying mobile app serves the communication with the device, its
configuration, the display of the raw signals and calculated values, the explanation
of the recorded HRV parameters, the user administration, the measurement
accompaniment as well as the data storage.
The App is intended for use by the general public, worldwide. All features are intended for owners of the VITACHEQ device. The users do not need any account. There is no paid content.
