About

Your week changes. Your race plan should know. VitaLocal turns the data already in Apple Health into a private Training Line from today to race day. Your health data is processed on your iPhone. There is no account, no subscription, and no advertising. FOLLOW YOUR TRAINING LINE See recent runs, today's recovery-aware decision, the sessions ahead, and race day as one clear route. Choose a 5K, 10K, half marathon, or marathon, then set your race date, weekly frequency, available weekdays, preferred long-run day, and optional target time. VitaLocal builds periodized weeks from your recent mileage and current fitness, with personal heart-rate zones and training paces. When you change your available days, completed and past sessions stay protected while future sessions can move. A clear receipt explains what changed and why. KNOW WHAT TO DO TODAY Get one decisive session based on your HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, recent training, and current race plan. When recovery is strained on a quality day, today's session eases off. The rest of the plan stays visible. SEND THE WEEK TO APPLE WATCH On supported Apple Watch setups, send this week's planned runs to Apple's Workout app. Tempo and interval days include their structure, distance, recovery steps, and pace guidance. RECORD AND UNDERSTAND EVERY RUN Record outdoor runs on your iPhone with GPS, live pace, splits, and auto-pause. Workouts and routes save to Apple Health. Afterward, explore your route, elevation, heart-rate zones, grade-adjusted pace, best efforts, and kilometer splits when the source data is available. SEE IF THE WORK IS WORKING Follow weekly progress, training load, fitness and fatigue, HRV status, sleep, cardio fitness, race predictions, and pace trends. Check in on habits and see how they relate to your recovery. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your Apple Health data is processed on your iPhone. VitaLocal has no account, no advertising, and no cloud health profile. Readiness, race plans, workout recording, and analysis work without Apple Intelligence. On supported iPhones, optional chat and AI forecasts use Apple's on-device model. Your health data is not sent to a cloud AI service. On permanently ineligible iPhones, AI-only features stay out of the interface. Some insights require enough relevant history in Apple Health. VitaLocal provides fitness guidance, not medical advice.
