How dare you

The only thing right about this was the idea. It’s a total mess

Response from developer

The app is and has to be a highly sophisticated piece of software to provide the accuracy required and requires attention to detail to optimise its use. We provide 17 "How to use the app" instructions to guide users so they don't get into a mess.

Good start

This app has a solid foundation but leaves a lot to be desired functionally. Would love to see it become more user friendly and include more options without having to deconstruct every food I eat.

Response from developer

Over 70 new items have been added to the app's database, so there are now over 400 items color-coded for plants, prebiotics, probiotics, and ultra-processed foods to support a healthy gut microbiome diet. This update (2.11.6) should be available within 24h and as with all updates for the app, is free.

Does not work

Do not purchase this app. This app is not even capable of tracking different types of lettuce.

Response from developer

The app has been redesigned using new Apple technologies. The foods and amounts you eat can be recorded easily and quickly using speech recognition (touch the microphone icon), or by favoriting foods and using the serving sizes provided. Your progress towards your target daily vitamin K intake will be visible immediately in real-time. You can also view your progress over time on the Month view dashboard, and export food diaries and vitamin K intake into a spreadsheet for your own information or to share with healthcare providers. Apple's HealthKit functionality is integrated in the app's user interface so you can share data with Apple's Health app. You can also synchronize the app with all your Apple devices and First Line Medical Communications Ltd apps. The serving sizes are mainly those suggested by USDA Food Data Central, but can be changed at any time via the "Add food" tab to your choice of measurement eg g, oz, cups, pieces. The app is preloaded with 325+ common (mainly healthy) foods (including five types of lettuce) and drinks and you can add your own branded and other foods and recipes at any time. This means the app does not require access to the Internet or registration, does not collect your data or require additional payments, and there is no advertising.
