False notifications
Nice air purifier but the false notifications are driving me crazy, it states “are you cooking?” And all the windows are currently all open, “high VOC levels” yes it’s hot and the windows are closed because the air conditioner is on, I’m not going to open the windows and let the hot air in, I’ve shut off the app notifications.

I Like This Thing
If modern refrigerators were smarter, we wouldn’t need to monitor them with a special box. Until that day when refrigerators do become smarter, thank goodness for Vitesy. It tells me if my refrigerator temperature is off, if someone is keeping the door open for long periods every day, ir if it is time to clean my refrigerator.
I wish this thing was smart enough that, after removing it to recharge and clean its filter, it would stop nagging me about being too warm, until the box was back in the fridge and had time to settle down and get an accurate temperature reading.
I also would appreciate it if there was a mode that showed me at a glance the status of all metrics. Right now when it says that my fridge status is poor. I have to individually view each metric on its own screen, in order to discover what is making it unhappy.
Still, I find this device to be quite useful and even entertaining. I started out skeptical, but now I am glad my daughter got this for me.

Terrible app
Terrible produce. Just no benefit seen. App is very hit and miss. Not worth the money.
Noticeable difference
I noticed that food lasts longer especially cold cuts. I also learned that if you properly cover food items, then they dont give off the gas that helps to destroy the food product. Vitesy keeps the refrigerator fresh and decreases odor. So far i like it!!!
App crashes!
Just bought a shelfy and as I am entering my info for my product in the app the app crashes! Still have not been able to get past the connect page until it freezes!
Update broken it
Can’t get past create account screen when I’ve got an account. No method to login or find login details. Do these devs actually test first. Made my vitesy unusable!
Keeps reverting to performance mode
Last a couple of days, ignore the settings you specify. Very frustrating

Stuck
Tried setting up my Shelfy and am stuck on the review page. They ask for a review while you are setting up, so I tapped the third star because I didn’t have experience with the product yet. Now I’m stuck with a $150 product I can’t use.

Confusing design
Not simple enough to find the info and settings needed. For example, what do the Shelfy blinking lights mean? 1 sec or 3 sec? Or the main graphic that shows the well being of the fridge, yet no actionable information as to how the current status is determined for my specific situation for how to make it better.

Weirdly Slow, Weirdly Big
When the app does eventually finish loading, it works well enough. But it’s a crapshoot whether the app *does* finish loading. And you throw those dice again every time you tap, because I guess it has to load something every time you tap. It’s also 100 MB for no discernible reason.

TERRIBLE
So far JUNK. My fridge is always “Poor” and I just put it in my new empty SubZero…. POOR. I rarely leave 1 star reviews on anything, but I want my money back, this product is one of the worst things I’ve ever purchased. It doesn’t do anything but make noise, and telll me I’m Poor.
Privacy update broke app
When I hit continue on the privacy pop up it doesn’t disappear and doesn’t allow me to accept the new policy.

Now the privacy policy update is blocking terms and conditions
Very poorly written app by developers who did not get good grades. Updated app and now the we have to agree to terms and conditions which are blocked by the “privacy policy update”. There are software test programs that are free (have to code the test) or buy that can test every kind of mobile / tablet with different OSs.
Also when we open the Vitesy why can it not go update each of the Shelfy in the app … why does one have to click and wait for refresh when an event of opening app has occurred .. again poor programmers who cant program “triggers” properly.

Shelfy
I realllly need the app to give me a phone notification when it needs to be charged. Like, a badge notification. Please let me know if I'm missing something, but I only see notifications related to air quality, cleaning the fridge, and disconnected from network. It pops up that it has a low battery when I open the app, but I don't open the app daily or even weekly.

App now works again
App now works. It’s functional but slow and awkward to use. I wish it would work with Siri.
Previous review (11-Dec-2023): The most recent updates broke the app & it no longer works. It now generates an error message saying to logout but there is no way of doing so. The only option is to try again, which generates the same message. :(

Won’t connect
Unfortunately this app and Shelfy product is not ready for prime time. Once the shelfy is set up it disconnects from the hub and won’t connect again. I tried to reset the shelfy several times, but no luck, same results. For now, I’d recommend avoiding the product till they can fix the software. I’d be happy to revisit my review once this is fixed.
