Amazing app
Super grateful for this app to keep my pets and their medical records all in one app!
Wanted to love it
I really wanted to love this as our clinic uses it and is fond of it but when I first got the app set up it gave me many duplicates (8 of one and 4-6 of others, some records split among them too) of my animals. Thought maybe I was doing something so I deleted my account to start over now it gives me no pets at all and when I manually create a pet and request records thru the app it tells me that my clinic is already with VitusVet, yet my dog has no records? So confused. I gave up.

I really like this app it keeps my records in one place. Quick access if I want to know the weight of the pet or vaccines dates etc
Unable to add pet
I spent the better part of an hour trying to add my dog to the app. It just never saves regardless of what combination you provide. Bugged app.
Easy to use
This app is easy to use! I was able to request a refill for meds and request an appointment. Easy!
A Reliable Pet App
This is the best app in the App Store for monitoring and booking appointments for your pet! I can’t imagine having a pet without it.

I just started using this for my dogs new vet. So far I love it! It keeps everything in one place and I can share her records with those who need it. I don’t have to keep searching for past records.
Never worked
Worked with their support team and they were never able to make the any of the data load in the app. Tried the web based system with the same results so there is a system bug.
Hope they figure it out one day.

I have been using the app for a couple months now and find it very easy to refill prescriptions. The only thing I can’t figure out is how to view my dogs medical records. IE. rabies shot records

Needs work
It doesn’t allow you to add multiple vets if you’ve dealt with multiple vets for different reasons. It also doesn’t even retrieve the correct vet address it just gives a general in the area area type thing and my location settings are set to precise. so it’s not my phone settings. It’s just a little too vague and not specific. I was kind of looking for some thing that actually lets you keep track of all of their medical records in one app. Where all the records are easy to access and share with any vet for traveling pets. It’s just is not yet well refined. It has a long ways to got

Very easy to use and great to have access to all your pets medical needs.
Love this app
This app is very easy to use and very helpful when requesting appointments or medication refills. All of my pets medical records are kept in this app and helps me stay on top of his health along with grooming appointments.
Deleted Records
I have four German Shepherds and had all their records inputted into the app. I recently went to update one of their records and everything was gone. Also, when you try to email the records from the app only a small portion of them are sent.
