solid app
i really wish the free plan let you do the last four colors in the palette, but otherwise it's a solid app. tips on choosing a good photo would also be very helpful.

Bug
Continuously having problems pressing the “next” button, as it completely deletes it in exchange for a pop up ad, and the page crashes. have to start the whole app again over and over. don’t know if this is a with having a 13 mini since it’s screen is smaller but definitely a problem as they’re clearly more interested in showing adds than making their app useable.

You charge more for a personalised report even after I pay for the subscription. Is this an oversight or poor business practice?
Inconsistent
Did it twice with two different photos. First showed I am a deep autumn. Second showed a soft summer. They aren’t even friends!
Charges per analysis after monthly fee
Paid the $8 monthly fee. Completed one analysis. Uploaded a new photo and app wanted to charge $6 for an additional analysis. Whats the point in a monthly fee if you are charged per analysis. Stay away & save your money,

I was charged $18 to renew my subscription without warning.

Listen, it’s cool or whatever but it doesn’t give you what you want. It gives you the least like you’re going around a tree not going to the middle and figure it all out so I give this three stars.
