It has been a huge pain trying to get into my account as I haven’t been able to get my card for so long now. Other than that issue, the main problem is that they charge a whopping 35.99% interest charge. I have quite a bit of loans and credit cards and never have I ever seen an interest rate that high. That’s literally price gouging and honestly should be illegal at that point. I still have almost 4k left to pay on a 5k balance that I’ve been paying $200 a month on for two years now. It’s absurd. If I don’t pay this entire thing off soon I’d be looking at paying 7k in total. It’s disgusting and no one should support this business again

No keyboard
There is no keyboard when trying to add banking information for automatic draft. Please update the app to include the keyboard when trying to type banking information

Buggy
It worked great when I first signed up. Unfortunately when I try to change any information in regards to my account or retrieve a lost password I always get the error message of invalid date of birth after I repeatedly submitted the correct one. In addition, when I brought this to the attention of customer service, they claimed to send me a reset code which I got only once. The reps/agents got angry with me when I said that I didn’t get the reset link twice. I always have to phone in to make payments which defeats the purpose of having an app. Very unprofessional behavior on their part.
