I’m actually 21
When I bought this, I was actively starting to try to track my LH because me and my husband decided we want to start a family. I myself who was born in March of 2005 when I got to the screen to set up my stuff because I wasn’t born in 2004 I can’t even get past the homepage I feel as if I knew beforehand the app issues. I would’ve not bought this product I feel extremely frustrated because now I can’t actively track my LH and I feel as if I wasted my money buying this. 10/10 would not by these products again or download the app if you are so worried about the regulatory process why do you not just add extra layers such as the month and the date of birth and just go ahead and do the full thing it would save you guys the hassle and also make it more accessible for the general public just a tip, but definitely wouldn’t buy again!

False positive pregnancy tests!
Don’t buy these! They give false positives!
Data deleted after 8/16 update
Literally every test I’ve taken is gone. Thanks for that.
Useless no diagnostic information
There’s no color calibration, they force you to use this app collect and sell all of your information and don’t even give you an actual reading, they just tell you “great”. I bought the strips to actually figure how the ketone concentration not a stupid green checkmark, filing a lawsuit for false advertisement

Shouldn't Have To Lie About My Age At 21
You guys probably don't have many people tracking the levels that Vivoo's tests are used to track at 21, but upon coming off of 7 years of forced birth control, after starting at what was essentially the beginning of my natural cycle (meaning I never got to figure out my own cycle before I was put on birth control), I figured it good to test myself regularly to make sure my body's doing all the right things, especially since there's a family history of fertility issues. But to make it impossible for anyone under 22 to make an honest health related account altogether is kind of shabby, especially when you know there are (not many, but still) married 18-21 year olds out there that are trying to become pregnant, or maybe fertility tracking for just the opposite.
I can't even review the rest of the app because it won't let me move past the "birthday" screen, so unless I figure out how to do it myself (which I will be doing with the test I bought, then never again with this app), I basically wasted money on a test I thought would've been perfect for my tracking journey.
You'd think that because fertility doesn't start at 22, you wouldn't have to lie about your age to see your results 5 months too young, as a fully grown adult. I understand age restrictions, but 18 makes sense. 22 does not.

Response from developer
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your frustration, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience this age restriction has caused. The current age requirement is in place due to U.S. regulatory and compliance requirements related to health and wellness products and is not intended to imply that fertility tracking is only relevant after a certain age. We truly appreciate your feedback and have shared it with our team as we continue to review and improve the Vivoo experience.
