Problem getting in app
For a while now I haven’t been able to get into the app. And now it’s telling me to update the latest version but all it says is to open.
Disappointed
I thought this was going to be a great resource for my Funko Pop collection but it turns out it’s not even close, twice I have ordered and had to cancel due to the tremendous wait when the items I wanted were available regularly at Walmart, target and Amazon. The first time the cancel was a suggestion made by customer support so I took that opportunity and used the credit towards a different pop figure that I have now been waiting better than a year for it, it was suppose to of released in July 2022 but after never receiving mine I started the process of reaching out to customer service. I am on my third request for any sort of assistance at all and no response on any. The sad part is I have already bought this figure from Amazon because it was a gift for my daughter and I was tired of making her wait, but that doesn’t mean there shouldn’t be no resolve to this situation. As of now I will never buy from here again and will not recommend it to any of my contacts that also collect

Worst EVER!!!!
I have placed 2 preorders and have yet to receive the items!!! It’s been over a year. I have emailed customer service and nothing but a generic response. So I’m out money as well as what I ordered. Save your money and go somewhere else
STAY AWAY!!
I have tried contacting this company for MONTHS through several platforms and email. Nothing. They have no customer service at all. I placed 2 orders LAST YEAR, one in January and one in February. I’m still waiting with no way to get my money back and only received not even half of the orders. Don’t even bother with them.
